The swimming pool near our house wasn't open (not clear in advance) which meant we had to cross the very busy road to access the main pool - which kids couldn't do by themselves. The onsite restaurant was poor quality - more of a TV bar. Yo had to get in the car for 20mins to find somewhere decent to eat. The beach by the hotel wasn't the best - didn't really feel like a beach you'd want to swim from.

We stayed in one of the townhouses, and it was clean and spacious. Beds were big and super comfy. The house had a nice view out onto the canal.

It is almost impossible to enter the sea due to the amount of dead seaweed piled up. It smells really bad. The resort is over two sides and you have to cross a very busy highway. We paid for a continental breakfast but when we got to the property we were told that our only option for the payment was bacon and eggs. This did not include any orange juice. I didn’t not want bacon and eggs I would have liked continental, fruit, pastries and juice. This resort is overpriced and doesn’t offer what it says and what you pay for.

Not clean room tiles floors. Too loud room cleaning ladies.Hotels cuban guest was obnoxiously noisy. And it was emailed to us,that no persons younger than 21 is aloud,but it was many noisy kids.

The room and bathroom were cramped, no dresser or space for one, pedestal sink in the bathroom, just no place to put anything. The on-site restaurant was fun and convenient, but the service was lacking. The first dinner we had there was great, and the staff was very nice, but the food took forever. The second time we went was later in the evening and we just wanted a piece of pie. It took 20 minutes to be able to place the order and then they just never came. We finally left. The location is not convenient. It’s not actually in Islamorada, it is on long key. It’s a long way from either Islamorada or marathon. There’s not much else around the facility so if you want to go do anything besides sit on the property, you have to drive quite a ways.

Only steps from the water and gorgeous view of the sunset. On site Tiki hot restaurant was convenient.

Place is very out Dated. Bathroom baseboard needs to be replaced. Toiket had brown spots on it. Sofa bed & cover had stains on it!

The property is aging. The shower kept falling from its position. The on-site restaurant had mediocre food in enormous portions.

sStaff was generally friendly and helpful. The room was large.

Rooms could use some maintenance. Access to sea could be improved. Other guests getting very drunk and playing load music spoilt our stay. Hotel staff didn't seem to think they should control this.

Disgusting rooms not cleaned well at all before we got there. Everything was dusty and our room smelled moldy. I have allergies from our stay. There was a weird gross yellow substance on the floor and a weird nut looking thing i had to clean. The floor and baseboards did not feel clean at all and i found hair. Extremely over priced.

From the pictures on Booking.com, we weren't expecting the hotel to be so close to the highway. The road noise was more than we liked.

The pool was bigger than I was expecting--a pleasant surprise. We liked how there was free use of the paddle boards and kayaks.

Our room was a bit tired and needed some TLC. Bathroom fan was very noisy. The floor needed a good clean! Would have been nice if the bathroom had been cleaned during our 10 day stay without having to request it.

There were ants on the table. Maintence staff came when requested with Terri. We had issues with the ‘Smart TV’ Wished there were directions. Staff came several times to help. office worker stated ‘every TV here is different.

The room was super small! The worst part was there was no hot water in the shower, so my husband took a cold shower and I took a bird bath with the hot water from the sink. We were glad we had only booked for one night.

Check in was pleasant and quick. The room was ready early upon our arrival. The resort is cute and we enjoyed the pool area, the view, and we had a nice time at the open air bar where the bartender was fun and the drinks and appetizers were great. We appreciated the amenities which included bottled water. The bed was very comfortable.

The restaurant/bar next door played loud music until midnight for two nights. Was not peaceful, and was even overwhelming that late at night. The continental breakfast offered at the restaurant was a nice gesture, but was underwhelming. The other issue was bandwidth for using the TV. We could not watch anything that needed WiFi for access.

Our extra patio was wonderful, and the view from that space was very nice. As well, the central location in Layton was very convenient.

We stayed for 1 night and check in/check out was 4pm/11am and they offered no flexibility on this. We got the room after 4 and got messages reminding us to leave starting 9am. Some of the staff was really nice, some of the staff was a little passive aggressive. When we asked about the possibility of a slightly early check in or late check out they did not seem empathetic at all.

The property is really nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

I went to spend one night with my family and everything is close at 7 pm so you arrived at 4 and you can not enjoy the pool or nothing. is located right on the street the noise is bad.

Large deep puddles were everywhere on the property after some rain had fallen. They need better draining remedies on the property because tropical downpours are common in the keys. Our room was very close to US 1 so the truck and bus noise was high.

The room was clean and we enjoyed using the kayak that was available during our stay.
