The wood floor was sticky. Someone's Hair in bath tub and sink. Hotel ran out of regular coffee for the rooms.

We booked a two bed room and we received a call asking if a bed with a pull out would be ok because of availability. We agreed to those accommodations but when we arrived the pull out was a small chair not a bed.

The outside of the hotel is gross. The hotel is pet friendly, but no one is cleaning up after the dogs. Droppings were not just in the grass, they were on the sidewalks and in the parking lot.

Hotel needs a really good deep and throughly cleaning. I seen multiple roaches in my suite. Roach infestation.

The male manager was helpful and understanding. A few things could have been better but it is a good location, the staff is very welcoming, the location felt safe and it was convenient.

Location is perfect, close to the highway. Suite was spacious, clean, and efficient. Wish the TVs were smart tv’s for streaming but cable worked just fine. Shelby was a total sweetheart!

The stairways were an absolute mess the elevator was very dirty, they didn't appear to have any housekeeping staff on hand I had to bring my own towels down in a laundry basket and exchange them for clean ones. The milk that I bought for my daughter out of the concession place was expired 7 days ago. Also found it odd I had to get my own shower curtain from the front desk as there was no shower curtain.

The room was clean and spacious! We love the complimentary laundry service! Ice maker in the room was nice full kitchen was nice!

It had a dead smashed roach and bug legs and droppings in the drawer where the utensils were. Although we did not use any of the kitchen space, it was still disgusting to see. I could hear the people upstairs hitting on something. Smh The walls in the bathroom needed to be wiped down, there was hair left in the blow dryer. It needed better cleaning and a remodel. Idk how it has an 8 point anything!

The staff was really nice. The rooms were spacious.

only complaint was first knock on door at 7:30 am for maid service. 2nd knock around 9 am for maid service. We were checking out and check out was not til 11 am so the 7:30 knock waking us up was not pleasant,then again at 9.. 30 minutes before our alarms were set..

Older hotel, active construction site, wasn’t very clean and most of our furniture in our pet friendly room had bite/tear marks on them. Also there was carpet in pet friendly room. we have hypoallergenic dogs because I’m allergic. carpet where pets have been kill my allergies.

Close to 6 flags, very friendly staff!
