The location is a bit far from Brickell, downtown Miami, and Miami Beach, and traffic can delay your journey significantly. A few minor improvements like disposable slippers in the bedroom would have been appreciated. I also wanted to rent one of the bicycles outside the hotel but couldn't register on the app with a non-US number. Not the hotel's fault, but a note to resolve for future guests.

I really liked the hotel in general, it has a nice business ambiance and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The area is very modern and is nice to walk around. There are a few grocery stores nearby and several coffee shops & restaurants. They also managed to let me check in early, which was great after taking a long flight.

The only small complaint was the constant 'trance' style music playing poolside.

Fantastic hotel. Rooms were large and very nicely furnished. Staff was great. Very helpful at reception, dining, housekeeping and bellman. All with a smile on their face. Would totally stay at hotel again. I loved it.

The only thing I can think of to be improved is pillows. Way too tall. Should at least have a couple of options to relieve neck pain.

The location, the room and super comfortable bed. The architecture of the hotel and the area around. The neighborhood, is safe and very clean. Good restaurants around the corner.

Location is excellent! Beautiful property, Our first trip to Miami, traveling alone with my 2 daughters to attend the Taylor Swift Concert. Finding a safe location was a priority. We felt very safe. Had a 12th floor with view of the pool. Quiet room, beds were so comfy. The entire staff was outstanding. Placed an order from Costco & Door Dash, it was immediately sent up. Anytime we needed anything they were at our door in mins. Needed a blouse cleaned, I dropped it off a the front desk , was gone for the day, when we got back my blouse was cleaned & hanging in the closet. The in house restaurant The Americana Kitchen was outstanding! We tried a little of everything! This place exceeded my expectations!! Thank you so much for treating us like royalty! ☺️

Great location with plenty nearby to do including shopping, dining, bars, entertainment. The hotel itself was beautiful! The restaurant and bar on site was excellent, though I found the cocktail prices a bit on the high side (not unusual for upscale bars in the area). Rooms were very spacious with nice accomodations, a super comfy bed, and our room, 1131, had sweeping views of the 305 downtown area. Must shout out to the valet staff, among the most coordinated and friendliest I've ever experienced at a hotel!

The hotel should update the bathrooms, which would include a separate stall area from the rest of the shower area.

The restaurant is the main reason for staying at the hotel. The food is absolutely delish. The food is fresh and prepared with perfection.
