Very old and dated . Very basic room. No soap in bathroom. Beds uncomfortable.. ROOM COLD. Very pricey for what you got

Pictures are deceiving. Rooms aren’t that well kept. You get what you pay for, and maybe a bit less. It won’t exceed your expectations. Not a good deal.

I liked that there was a Tiki Bar at the location. Loved the back patio on the waterway. Staff was friendly and helpful. I'd stay here again.

The rooms were disgusting and had shotty repairs, the walls were really dirty, the chairs and table in the room were filthy, the stucco was falling of the wall throughout.

Location was great. Boat ramp and slips with plenty of parking. Tiki bar is awesome. Good food. Price was reasonable.

The AC did not cool the room. I did not sleep because it was so hot. There was noise from people yelling until almost 2:00 in the morning and that did not help my sleep. I finally fell asleep around 6:30am and set my alarm to wake up at 10:40 to be ready for the 11:00 checkout. At 10:00 there was banging on my door and yelling “HOUSEKEEPING”. I was still asleep confused. I started yelling back “what time is it”, thinking my alarm didn’t go off. No answer. I got up and looked down the hallway and the guy doing the banging apologized- he thought I had already left.

Location and staff- one kind guy took my luggage up the steps for me and by coincidence met me as I was leaving and also brought it down for me. Much appreciated!

You pay for a dive center but they don't answer to your diving requests until it's too late to cancel the hotel (and it was no for my 2 requests). The pool is facing the highway. No sound isolation AT ALL. Licking shower (you hear the drops). No light except the small bedlight lamp. Not a table to put your stuff, dirty shower curtains, TV with ads hiding the screen. I was in the parking lot room, with broken curtains (not fully hiding inside) and a broken lock. I am a girl travelling alone, it's so unsafe. They claimed they were not full but refused to exchange, not even an apology to put me in this risky situation. I have taken videos to report but unfortunately can't load them on booking.

I needed a stop between Key West & Key Largo ... so I guess I liked that. Everything else about my experience is bad. The most expensive hotel I have been in the Keys & by far the worst. I booked this hotel to go diving and it was not possible.

Old and needs repairs. Not good for amou t it cost.

Pretty bad shape. Old. Canal dirty caution tape up in places where it was needing g repair. Ice machine broken. Alot of money for a not so great place. Snorkeling was good though.

Broken toilet seat, noisy banging of doors above constantly, demilotion and destruction to the 'relaxing' balcony area which we weren't told about and we paid extra

The location was nice and budget friendly, and had a nice view from our room. The pool was big and fun. The tiki bar was also a nice spot with great vibes and live music, great drinks and food !

The hotel could use some upgrades, parts of the hotel furniture old and warn in our room, kitchen table wobbly, and chairs warn out. The walkways need to be power washed, and the upstairs walkway to the rooms needs replacing. walking outback along the seawall, numerous spots of broken and cracked concrete, did not seem safe to walk on.

How does this dump get to call itself a resort. very uncomfortable block building, electric conduit on the walls so it was built before electricity and half the plug ins didn’t work. Had to clean the ceiling fan before turning it on and then it only worked on one speed. The a/c in the wall looked like a motel 6 model but louder. Balcony was maybe 2 foot wide which overlooked a dirty canal and a dumping spot on the other side. How can you claim water side property when the guest can’t get to the water? Ice machine was broke so you had to walk to the bar. we stayed two nights and one of those I slept on the floor in front of the a/c to keep cool and to drown out the band at the bar 20 ft away

$250 got us a room with a toilet that didn’t work, noisy (other tenants), television controls that didn’t work. Stay away.
