United StatesThe room was dirty. Roaches crawling on me. Flies in the room. The shower had hair in it. The carpets were disgusting. I have stayed in worse but not by much. The hotel staff was a guy and his girlfriend I thing. On multiple occasions I knocked and nobody answered. Another customer complained and he said, "I was busy." Really? We are standing out in the sun and nobody was home. I have stayed at other OYO hotels and they should be ashamed to have their name on this one. A resident of the town warned me not to stay there, but I said it's an OYO and it will be ok. Nope.
The location was great. Right off the Hwy was perfect. It was within walking distance of the event I attended except it was too hot to walk. Overall location was great.

United StatesI booked ahead online and selected a 10-11pm check in, as that is when we would be arriving. We arrived and the office was CLOSED and there was a sign saying they close daily at 10pm. This was not disclosed and after I booked, why did no one contact me to let me know based on my selected check in time??? We were NOT ABLE to check in and stay there. Luckily the next hotel in town had 1 room left. TWO DAYS LATER and I still am waiting for them to approve and issue a refund. Both said they would, but I had to call both Oyo and Booking.com and both told me to call the other one because they couldn't do it without the other. Why can you not talk to each other and resolve this? After my third call I am still waiting for a confirmation email that the refund has been requested. I am extremely frustrated and this has been a HORRIBLE experience. I want my money back and I shouldn't have to keep calling back and forth, ultimately I was denied the ability to check in and Booking.com and Oyo should handle this properly and give me my money back.

United StatesRoom was not clean, there where a lot of dead bugs and also it was not comfortable sleeping on the bed full of bead scents. I mean it was a good scent but uncomfortable. Our reusable water bottle was left behind and went back to get it and was denied and staff was not very friendly about returning it back.

United StatesI was super discussed with this motel it was false advertisement! Mattresses were like super old and wore out and the sheets were filthy. The management questioned me on why I wanted clean sheets and I felt as a paying customer I don’t feel like I should have to disclose that. No mattress protector on the mattress A screw driver keeping the bathroom window closed. Nothing was sanitary I had to clean it all myself The AC was mildewed and not cleaned Cracks in the wall the whole place need to be remolded or torn down DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Luling has nicer hotel near Buccees don’t give these people your money I had to pay and extra $10 to get in my room 2 hours sooner And when we came back to the place after our outting the management YELLED at us about being quiet and we were barely getting in to our room and saying our goodbyes to family.

We went to the room they assigned us but we had to request another one because is had a terrible smell in there. And the next one was just as bad. So we just requested a refund. Rooms looked nothing like on the web page .

United StatesI didn't like that there were roaches and spiders and that we had to go buy a can of roach spray. There was also no shower curtain so water went all over the bathroom floor.
The price was good value and I liked the brand new mini fridge that had a top freezer separate from the bottom fridge.

United StatesAlthough we booked a room in advance and paid for it, the manager stated that there was no room available. She just simply turned us away and told us to look for another place. She also stated that the rooms were not safe as the entrance doors to the room did not have locks on them. She also stated that the recent rain had damaged the premises and the rooms were not safe to be occupied. The property is located in a remote and isolated place.

United StatesI checked in my room and go to bathroom to see a coach road running down the wall to the sink and a dead bug on the floor by my bed. (I have a photo of the bugs). The hotel has a city notice for pest control the lobby greeting you as you walk in. Also the hotel room’s AC was off when I got there. This is Texas, the room was 100 degrees and took hours to cool. I understand why they turn it off, but there has to be a limit. They could just set it to an accepted energy saving temperature. I check my bed and the pillows do not have casing on them. The pillows had stains and what I presume was a small amount of blood. I went to the receptionist for the pillow casing and the employee had disappeared. The owner dose not let customers in the building at night. The employee did not answer to phone. Another customer and I waited over 20 minutes for her to come help us. He had to called cooperate to help. I also was locked out of my room and I couldn’t come back later. After I go to my room I try to turn on the main room’s light and it doesn’t work. Later I try to take a shower and there are no towel. My friend and I regretted ever staying with OYO. This was our first and last time. For the sake of you customers and name, do the right thing and fix this issue. The only reason we didn’t leave is because we were doing a dental charity clinic for the underserved people of Luling, Texas and we’re waking up at 5:00am. My fiend’s room also smelled cigar lounge. Booking.com is responsible for marketing this terrible and disgusting hotel. No body should pay to sleep in a room and bed that has bugs in it been it.
