View from our low floor room was rather underwhelming, otherwise everything was good

Very well maintained with Modern fittings, close to Times Square. We wanted to make sure we avoid the Times Square house and this hotel checked all the boxes.

The dining menu was good but limited.

The room was spacious, clean, and well stocked (including a bathroom scale!). We've stayed in NYC before and most hotel rooms are very small. This room was spacious. Only 4 other rooms were on our 25th floor. It was very quiet.

The lack of sunlight (which I guess is standard in NYC). The 6th avenue is often closed in this area during the weekend making the access by car/taxi almost impossible. We got help for our airport taxi, but for people who are relying mainly on taxis who are not willing to walk a block to catch one, this might be an issue.

The room was modern, clean and well-lit (although the window was directed into an internal wall). The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet so we could sleep very well. The location was amazing (right between Times Square and Bryant Park), but it could be a bit too vibrant for some people. The reception staff was very nice and helpful, including the bellboy helping us get a taxi when the adjacent avenue was closed with no chance of getting a taxi to arrive near the hotel.

So close to a 10 for me!! My following comments should not be considered to be a deal breaker, and I am mentioning only because the review request is asking. I happen to have absurd attention to detail. I feel like our room could use touch-ups of the dings in the furniture and paint scuffs/wall marks. The caulking could be cleaned up. The cool and unique but stained flooring really stands out and, unfortunately, makes it look extra dingy. Again, it's not a deal breaker. I'm not in any way putting the hotel down. It was clean! We loved our stay and would stay again. These are just particular things that I notice, and I believe the presentation should match the elite client service that we encountered. Again, we thank you.

The reception area was very small but things seemed to work!

Terrific location in NYC with a fabulous vibe. Having a bar and good restaurant on site was a bonus! We loved the high quality bathroom products available to guests. Staff were service driven.

The reviews mentioned the breakfast isn't great, we did see what they had but was very limited (one of the group cannot eat bread so had no options), but luckily there is a great cafe nextdoor and many others very close by.

Great location, everything was clean and new. Even for a family with two teenagers we found the rooms comfortable. Easy to charge phones with lots of USB charging ports. Alina (the robotic room service agent) was the highlight for the kids.

The location and the Staff attitude were fantastic. However, USD 300 was taken from me as refundable caution deposit. I checked out over a week ago. I am yet to get the refund of the money.

If really want me to point out, it’s just the limited selection of food for breakfast.

The location is very strategic to main attractions. I can literally walk there for major attractions. The room is super cozy. I got everything I want for my solo trip. It is safe as the location is nearby the crowd.
