Our room didn't look as good as the pictures they show. Pictures must have been taken years ago. Suggest you do a google earth on the place before booking. It is an old roadside motel with a small pool in the parking lot.

The construction next door kept us up all of the time. The room was not clean (hairs in the shower), items from previous guests still in the room etc.

The lady who booked us in was provided excellent customer service.

I was caught off guard because of the "$200 security deposit" which there was no mention of in the description of the property.

Floors were dirty. The room had a smell. The door was covered in bugs that entered the room when opened. The shower head was broken spraying water everywhere. The deadbolt would not lock on the door.

1. Internet is very very slow. You should get a better WLAN Speed. 2. When we get into the room we find 2 q-tips from the guest before. Drawer needed to be cleaned fro the inside. Floor needs to me cleaned every day. one Bed was OK. The other one looks-like that the guest left and the male maid only arrange the bed. 3. Microwave was dirty from the inside.

All was really great. If I had to be really picky I'd say some road noise - but the convenience of being on the main drag outweighed the negative.

Very clean, lots of space for cases, parking. Reception very helpful. Convenient location - right opposite Target for last minute 'essentials' before the flight home! Even though we checked in really late the reception was friendly!

The bed closest to the air conditioner in room 202 squeaks and you can feel the springs. It was very uncomfortable. I've never had that problem in this hotel before. Also, I don't care about maid service but the hotel needs to bring you clean towels every day. I don't like walking all the way to the front office with a load of wet,dirty, heavy towels all the time to get new ones.

The property was fine. My son said it was remodeled and nice location. The problem was with booking.com but they wanted to blame it on the property.

The property was fine. I booked through booking. com because I’m in TN and my son is in St Petersburg, Florida and Hurricane Ian was coming. He had to leave on Friday. Booking.com would not cancel the last two days not even for the Hurricane victims. Not ever using booking.com again and deleting the app.

Not enough stairs to get to middle rooms on 2nd floor. Need to walk too far with luggage.
