United StatesRooom was sort-of clean Im a neat clean freak since covid But it was out standing compared to a few other cheaper motels in the city of tyler I didn't see the pool so idk if it were active Only 5 channels to watch There weren't any table and chairs. I just felt on edge worried we would get the place dirty , to their standard, by what they make u sign at checking n it felt like if u breath to heavily on their things they would keep the 50 deposit.

United StatesThe website mentioned a breakfast but a sign on the door explained that there was no breakfast being served because of covid and that they have not updated this to reflect on the websites. Covid has only been going on for 2 years now; seems like plenty of time to correct the website. The pool area was covered in cigarette butts and other litter. The outside second floor to my room had a Walmart shopping cart in front of it. The outside trash cans were full and had trash laying on the grounds around them. Room had 1 roach that ran across me at night but that was not too terrible (see picture). If the place was maintained and managed better it could be a nice hotel.
My room was very clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The air-conditioner was quiet. The shower was clean.

United StatesFirst - I requested a handicap room. When I got there I was told they didn't have any and he tried to put me on the second floor without an elevator!! Then, when I told him I was going to write a bad review, he "found" me a room on the first floor. - I think they rent the rooms out weekly or monthly because he kept saying that "the guy wasn't in there". - The room they put me in was actually in front of handicap parking. It had so much mud in front of it that I couldn't go into the room without carrying dirt inside. The room was ok but the floor was dirty and the bed was not very comfortable. - There were old junky cars all around the area and it was kind of creepy.
The location was nice. That's all I can say that was good about this place.

United StatesIt's the small things that matter, there was no phone, no clock radio, no glasses or ice bucket, only 1 lamp for the entire bed/living area with a very dim bulb, no dresser, no hangers, only 1 small trash can, no coffee maker, ice machine was a long long way from my room. Maybe I'm expecting to much.
The grounds are dated but we'll kept. Beautiful to walk around and chill. Bed was clean and comfortable.
