Housekeeper didn't come by everyday , they still dont serve breakfast and you can't do laundry still everything still closed

Mold in the shower, uncovered electrical outlets, remote for the TV didn't work, outlets didn't work. Floor was incredibly dirty.

There was people smoking something on foil in the parking lot. The microwave didn’t work. The plug was a fire hazard and the staff extremely rude. Make up on the clean towels bed and walls dirty

Poor staff Room was not fully stocked with pillows or blankets and towels. When we asked the front desk for extra items. We were told they didn’t have any. I had to get these items from my mom.

The room we were put in had bed bugs. Didn’t even stay in the room longer than 10 mins but still got charged after showing them pictures of the bed bugs in the bed!

Paper thin walls. Getting woken up at 6:30am by “adult time” next door is not fun whatsoever.

As this was a short trip one night trip, I booked solely because of the price. I understand and know you get what you pay for so my expectations were not high. The room number was taped onto the door - as I observed a few others. After arriving checking into the room, the headboard had gum on it - not sure how housekeeping missed this when making the bed. The bathrooms toilet paper holder came out of the wall when getting toilet paper. The bathroom had one towel, one - how did housekeeping not supply at least two?Again, I know what I paid for. My expectations were not high but yall definitely missed the mark in cleanliness.

Location as it was close to where I needed to be for one night. The pillows were comfortable, too!

Room felt grimmey. Walkway to room(requested handicap) was at each of building, our room was in the center. 2 tier rock step up to get to room was filled with litter and beer bottle tops. Rocks all over the place making it difficult to step up (it was raining and getting bags and handicap person in was beyond chaotic)

I mean it's a nice hotel. Not bad prices, they have a nice size pool. Rooms were nice and big, location is the best. Food all around you. It was perfect for Me. I'm giving them a four star. Five star if they had breakfast. But they do not.

I stayed at the place for a few weeks. Honestly, if it were up to me, I would have changed hotels by day 2, but I had already paid for the entire stay, so I had to endure it. The room was very dirty; it was cleaned once a week, and not very well. There was dust and dirt under the bed, and I couldn't walk on the floor without my feet getting dirty. I had to wear slippers in the room all the time. Sometimes, when I forgot my slippers after taking a shower, I had to search for them in the room and wash my feet again because the floor was so dirty. The bathroom curtains were dirty and stained, and once I even found a cockroach in the bathtub, probably coming from the drain. The towels had a strange smell. The area didn't seem very safe. The Wi-Fi was slow, and the signal was very weak. I literally had to be on one side of the bed for the Wi-Fi to reach me because it didn't reach on the other side. The area didn't seem very safe, and the neighbors didn't give me a good feeling either. I would have preferred to pay a bit more for another hotel to have a better experience. It really wasn't worth it; staying at this hotel was a significant factor that made my trip less enjoyable and comfortable than I expected.
