The bathtub finish was flaking (less than half of the finish was there), and the metal surfaces were pitted and rusty. The carpet was stained and had a slightly mildewed smell.

The facility was very dirty. The room was very dated, and very dilapidated. There was also a very strong marijuana smell permeating the hallway.

Property was clean but very run down. Rooms where dirty carpet had white powered on it like carpet deodorizer, shower was stained yellow and was very old, no holder for tp it was just sitting on the side of the toilet.

I was discriminated against when I booked a handicap room because I am not in a wheel chair. I book a handicap room because I have handicaps that cause me to need a little more space in the bathroom and to not.have to step over a tub to take a shower. They ended up putting me in a regular room where I was unable to shower due to the size of the bathroom. The lobby smelled like weed at all times while we were there. Our room was close to the lobby amd everything the door opened all.you could smell.was weed. Yet there are signs posted that it's a non smoking facility. When coming pack from an event I was dropped off at the front door and was waiting on my partner to come in. (He had the room key) I was told to go to my room that I could not be in the lobby. When I explained that I was waiting for my partner, I was told again to go wait in my room. So I told the front desk clerk that my partner had the key to the room. He got very rude with me amd told me it was a fire hazard. The work space in the front desk area was very cluttered and looked as if someone was living back there. The bed and pillows sucked and when I asked for extra pillows they didn't have any probably because they need to update them.

That roach. Oh the hidden deposit when I got there and they wanted $25 a day for my dog to be in the room that I wouldn't get back even though I did get the $50 deposit back

Promised a ride to the football game and it was not fulfilled. Ruined our evening because of the added expense. Awful experience.

Was told two times over the phone before I booked the hotel that their would be a courtesy shuttle to Lucas Stadium and back. They said your out of luck, we don't have shuttles. Would not have booked this hotel if this were the case. Staff was rude. I am going to stop payment on my credit card based on a fraudulent claim. Will do tomorrow. I had to pay Uber 125.00 to get to and from the game. The staff was rude

It was dirty

The location was good, lots of restaurants near by. The place was dirty, no complimentary breakfast, roaches in my room. It was unkempt all the way and just rundown. Interior does not compare to exterior.

1st thing I noticed was there were bullet holes in the building. Cracked windows, dirty grounds, when we got our room there was pizza sauce on the floor, food crumbs on our beds, black pokey dots on the curtains, dried urine on the bathroom floor. This doesn't make for a good 1st impression. Then the next morning getting woke up by blood curtling screams of a woman screaming help me get away from me I'm terrified of u. So safety is even a concern.

no loitering sign in lobby says guests may only be in lobby to conduct hotel business. not very welcoming . tile hallways had spills all over them and were sticky . outside was a disaster looked like a dump

the breakfast was cheap: off brand cereal, the milk made it soggy as soon as you put in it the bowl. the milk was room temperature. The front desk person got a attitude when we asked for more creamer and spoons.
