Gym was unmaintained and dirty, access control broken on gym doors, so you were locked in unless door was left propped open. In room hot-tub was only partially functional, coffee maker did not work (staff replaced), garbage disposal flange missing, but overall needed a maintenance walk through. No on-site breakfast or other food options.

Location was great, large rooms, friendly staff. Excellent views of the mountain, and fireplaces in living area and bedroom.

I was told there would be three beds (one bedroom was supposed to have two beds, according to the pictures when I booked this room. But there were only two beds. When I asked about it they brought up a small twin rollaway bed which would have been okay, I guess, but the blanket on it was like sandpaper. Very strange because the bedding on the regular beds was amazing! The room and the lobby, elevators, etc, had a weird smell, definitely someone smoked in our room at some point. Getting rid of that smell would go a long way!

Perfect location, right across the street from all the shopping, main attractions in Park City. Nice, big bedrooms, two bathtubs, hot tub was amazing. Loved the layout of the residence room. Bedding in main beds was comfortable.

This property was very clean and the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room was as described and pictured in photographs. It was clean and inviting. The location is perfect for walking to great dining, bars, and shopping

No windows in the living room. Very poor (cheap low wattage) lighting throughout. The unit is too dark, feels depressing. No opening windows. Smell of cigarettes in the room upon arrival, constant electric noise in the ceiling and the area.

Good location. Water & Coffee provided. Reasonably clean, but not the pool area.

After being informed about the water situation, we chose to stay the night anyway because we were assured the hot tub would be working and we would also be given a refund of $100. After arriving at the hotel, we found the hot tub hadn’t been turned on and couldn’t be used because it was cold and our room was not as clean as it was the last time we were there and there were some maintenance issues that needed repair. For the price of this hotel, we expected more (even with the water issue). We we willing to look past the water issue because it was out of there hands and we had such a great experience there the last time we stayed. We come to Park City a lot and thought we had found our new favorite place to stay but sadly we won’t be returning. Also…no $100 refund has been given so far.

After staying at this hotel a couple of months ago, we decided to stay here again based on a past experience. The rooms are great for a small group and very spacious but….after getting a call the morning of our reservation saying the hotel water main had broken and there wouldn’t be hot water, this stay was not like our previous one.

Nothing comes to mind. All our needs were met

Location was exceptional We were able to park the car upon arrival and not use it until we checked out. Walking distance to Main Street and all the bus and tram stations. Some remodeling being done but did not interfere with our stay at all. No noise or inconvenience of any kind.

The room looked nothing like the pictures online, we felt like we were in a dungeon. Very dark and no windows, we were on the first floor. Very disappointed!!! The lighting was horrible!!

The room was filled with cigarette smoke they moved is rooms but the new one was not cleaned very well at all. There was soap scum all over the main sinks, there was gunk left in the sink. Long Hair was in the tub when my girlfriend took a tub I’m bald and she has short hair so it wasn’t is. The pool has rust stains in the bottom lining and the hot tub was ok but could’ve been better all in all great location but not worth the price because of the upkeep
