Remote location huge property lots of land to walk. Picturesque and cozy!! Friendly staff perfect visit especially with a dog. Perfect distance from town!

The only thing that could have been improved was the juice. My orange juice would have been better if it had been a brand like Simply Orange or Tropicana poured in a cup. Also the water for the tea was not hot, just lukewarm.

I loved the fireplace in our suite. I loved the shower and the bed, the balcony, the location, the snow. The breakfast was very nice.

Wonderful, homey feel. The staff makes you feel so welcome. And the rooms are warm, comfortable and super clean. My home away from home. One of the coziest places I have stayed in Souther Vermont.

The shower temperature was not good. I kindly recommend the hotel to check the room I stayed (109) once at the sink the water was real hot, but it was not the same on shower's.

The place is beautiful and the room is very comfortable. The bathroom was pretty clean and number of towels were good. The staff was simpathy and warm. Bed is good and room is warm enough for a cold place.

The door to our bathroom did not close; the fridge made a high pitch noise so we unplugged it.

Needed a couple of amenities like a small fridge maybe for leftovers from eating out, however, certainly not a deal breaker, we plan on coming back again

We arrived after the office was closed. The key and specific instructions were in an envelope by the door. I was able to complete the paperwork the next day. The staff was very helpful and informative.

The jacuzzi in the room was very cramped. Guess I just assumed it would be a 2 person one. We could just barely squeeze both of us in. It was still nice though and functioned well. Would have been nice to have a microwave too but not a deal breaker. The breakfast was very light and we couldn’t toast and make ourselves. Had to schedule a time. Again not a deal breaker but could be improved.

The room was huge. Well equipped. Everything I needed. Cozy. Big patio. Decorated very nicely for fall. Nice views. Parking space was large enough and not cramped.

No character, “bagged carb bfast” not the cozy Bed & breakfast vibe at all. Even having a fireplace in the room didn’t cozy things up at all.

Minor things but things I would want to know - We were on a lower floor and we could hear people walking (among other things!!) over us. We kept the AC on fan mode to drown out all the other news. In the two bedrooms, one room does not have windows or an AC - we LOVED the no windows with having a kid with us but the room for very warm.

The views were breathtaking! Staff was lovely. Breakfast made the place even more delightful.
