I didn’t like the fact that you pay almost $200 and don’t get a continental breakfast with it. I’ve never been to a Hilton that didn’t serve breakfast and then the housekeeping was beating on our door at 8 AM when we didn’t even get in checked into our hotel until 3 AM. We had been driving all night and then have housekeeping beating on our door to see if we were ready, I didn’t ask for a wake up call I think it was very rude

It was a very nice property. It was clean cozy.

Would have liked the front desk staff to be warmer/friendlier. Wished there had been room service available and breakfast included. Insufficient number of parking spaces in front of hotel.

Very clean, chic, modern. We enjoyed our brief stay.

The room was rather short on comfort and amenities. A bottle of water, quality pillows, larger towels, a detachable shower head to get to the hard to reach soapy areas, etc would have made this a better experience. I also wish the AC could go lower and cool the room more quickly. No way to get fresh air into the room.

I appreciated the many, many EV chargers in the parking area. I liked the newfangled (though a bit incomprehensible) lighting/window shade controls next to the bed. I love the brutalist exterior and architectural pedigree.

There was an issue with the lights in the hotel the night of our stay, they came on in the middle of the night and there was no way to turn them off. So we lost a bit of sleep from that.

Beautiful rooms. Beautiful building. Fantastic decor. Very tech focused. And very sustainable.

I would have preferred a firmer pillow, and we would have used a microwave in the room if one was available.

The location was walking distance from popular pizza places that we traveled to see. The staff we met were all friendly and helpful and our room was clean with fun light settings.

Front desk indifferent, not at all welcoming. Had food in the evening, tasty, with nice service. What you would expect for a hotel that has 230 dollar standard rooms. Breakfast on the other hand was the worst I have ever had to pay for. Was asked if I wanted tea or coffee as if it was complementary. I ask for camomille, turns out it’s 5 dollars + tip for A CUP of tea?! Had the overnight oats, with strawberries that had gone bad at least 3-4 days prior. Scooped them off cause I didnt want to get sick, the waiter noticed and asked if everything was ok? In Denmark people dont complain to the waiters, because it’s usually not their fault. Danes just dont come back. And that is what I will recommend others to do. Don’t come. Seems like a hotel, in which the owners never set foot, so nobody actually cares. Shame.

The room was nice and very clean. AC kept doing its own thing on the central consol, and controlling the lights became a chore, rather than just flicking a switch or turning a knob. But fancy nonetheless.

The hotel is located right next to Ilea, on a big parking lot, surrounded by roads and highways. The view on the water is mainly on the driveway, which makes the extra cost not worthy Staff is not at the level you could expect from Hilton.

Breakfast was awful - stuff unavailable, really poor value for money, unhelpful staff and a hair in our food! On checking in, they also tried to charge me $100 more than my original booking cost. All in all, the whole experience felt expensive for what was on offer

Some real stand-outs - staff on reception and at bar were really friendly, useful shuttle service into town and the rooms were clean and modern.

I called a week ahead to request a crib in our room for our 1 yr old since we’d be arriving late in evening. they assured it would be there. it wasn’t there when we finally got to room…had to call desk 2x and wait over an hour for it to arrive. they gave us a dis-assembled variation of a pack n play that wouldn’t work. took 3 adults to attempt to assemble it but no luck… so baby had to sleep in bed with me and didn’t get to sleep til almost 1 am
