Honestly can’t say a bad word about the hotel, it was our favourite!

Everything! The location, our room was amazing and SO spacious. The observation deck had the most amazing views and we loved the activities for the quests. Monika and the front staff were wonderful and even the cleaning lady was so cheerful.

Front desk experience was nightmare that cost me alot of time and money, my bank closed my account because of it, and almost made us miss our flight. I'm home now still trying to repair my account. Then when I called the manager she didn't have a care, explanation or answere to my question.

Location was great. Building was great.

Honestly the only complaint is the “crappy” toilet paper (commercial 1-ply) and the low low toilets are made for kids.

Great location, beautiful view of city from the top floor and amazing staff! Staff was very personable and proactive with our needs. The front desk saw us walk in with two young kids and called our room to see if we needed a pack and play. When it came, it was already set-up and ready for us to use. Housekeeping staff was amazing too!

These are small concerns that might impact people's decision but would not change my mind about coming back. Our room was on the first floor next to the dining area that occasionally hosted live music. While it was not loud, we could still hear it through the wall. Also, access to the ice machine required taking 2 separate elevators to get to.

Located right next to Faneuil Hall, we had easy access to the MBTA system and a ton of places to eat. Boston's North End is a stones-throw away as well. Our 1-bedroom room was spacious. The pull-out bed was very comfortable as well. The room had a small refrigerator with a legitimate freezer as well as a kitchen sink. The staff was incredibly friendly and always acknowledged us as we passed through the lobby. The hotel had an incredible observation deck to view the entire city. We spent time sitting there and just enjoying the view. The laundry room had 2-3 washers and 2-3 dryers, all of which were free to use. They also had other amenities like a theater for movie nights, pool table, chess board, and playstation that we did not use. The hotel also hosted activities like whisky tasting and provided cookies and popcorn on specific afternoons. They had a common dining area where guests could get free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate throughout the day. I would definitely come back.

When booking a room ask for a fragrance free room. A very strong air freshener was sprayed each time the room was cleaned. The fragrance was strong and lingered through the night. The front desk sent an air ionizer to diffuse the fragrance. There was also a strong fragrance sprayed throughout the reception area.

Great location. Walking distance to Faneuil Hall,

We love staying Here. However, for the price, continental breakfast should be free. Elevator to observation deck was broken. That was disappointing. Requested early check in. That didn't happen. No reason that shouldn't be honored. Hot Cider in the Lobby would be a nice touch if it wasnt empty for 2 days. Perpetual homeless person living in the 7-11 doorway 25 feet away is unpleasant. With the Boston Harbor Hotel so close in proximity Marriott should be more attentive to details.
