The hotel is steps from Times Square, but it never felt noisy or hectic. The rooms are well-appointed and a decent size for midtown. The staff was friendly, helpful, and the hotel's food was excellent.

Had a room on the 6th floor in back of the property. It was very quiet and private. Small rooms but that is to be expected in New York City.

The room was on the small side with limited room to hang clothes. It was hard to get hot water in the bathroom sink and it was somewhat difficult to control the temperature of the water in the shower. it would have been nice to have a coffee maker and refrigerator in the room. The light on my side of the bed didn’t work and the clock alarm was off. The foam cushioning the corner of the bed kept falling off.

For going to the theater, the location is excellent. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant and bar are terrific - the food is very good. The room was cleaned every day which is a luxury these days. I liked the size of the hotel - not too big.

Excellent hotel just of Times Square, room was very nice, freshly decorated, comfortable bed, nice big walk in style shower, breakfast wasn't included in the rate, the hotel provide 25$ discount vouchers for each day of your stay, these can be used for breakfast, lunch or dinner in the hotel restaurant, a very good gesture, staff were all very helpful and friendly, would stay again if we returned to New York

Nothing! we loved it & will absolutely return next time we are in NYC.

The rooms are beautifully decorated & comfy, really spacious (king room), & quiet which was surprising given the busy street. The restaurant food is great & the staff are super friendly & helpful especially Sebastian! the location is great for exploring mid town / upper Manhattan & an easy subway to downtown.

What an amazing place. Stayed in The deluxe King suite with my 3 older teenagers. Was room enough for all of us. Amenities were fabulous. Air con, large TV, WiFi etc. Staff were friendly & helpful. Location was fantastic, just up the road from Times Square & couldn't hear any noise at night. Hotel was clean, trendy & food was great. Housekeeping came daily too. Lovely homely feel. Will definitely stay here again. 10 out of 10.

Restaurant Service was good, not great, waited around a bit. Bathroom hot water took forever to get hot, for a second I thought there was none at all.

Speedy Check in, great staff service, the key fobs didn't work initially but they were kind enough to escort me to my room and then bring a second set that worked shortly after. Super comfy beds.

Whereas I do enjoy a view, no outside window took a minute to adjust to, but the noise reduction made it worth it for the quality of sleep.

The room was beautiful and clean and cozy. Loved the bed...so comfy and had a great big TV. Bathroom was super cute! The lobby and bar were fabulous. Sean the bartender from Ireland was super helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. Loved the lemon ricotta pancakes for breakfast and awesome cappuccinos! Awesome location! We had a very wonderful stay.

I would request a room towards the back of the hotel as the street is a bit noisy - I don’t think the front window are triple glazed. I also found the pillows too fluffy and overstuffed - should offer 2 soft and 2 hard instead of 4 hard.

The service was excellent - the design was great - the in house restaurant was delicious! The location was perfect for walking everywhere! The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
