After giving my room keep to someone and she assaulted me and also broke my game system they kicked me out for giving out my room key and getting into an altercation because of their mistake. Id like to report this hotel please if possible

Nothing. We requested left after about 10 minutes and requested a refund. There were burn marks all over the room, bugs on the wall, uncovered outlets, broken doors, and the smell of smoke was terrible.

I did not like these desk staff. They had absolutely no professionalism. I did not like the lack of cleanliness of hotel. I did not that cigarette smoke was clearly coming through the vents from other peoples rooms from smoking.

Perhaps only the price.

I was mistaken for another guest and their wife and even after explaining, the GM did not even apologize. I ended up having to get a refund through booking.com. This place was totally RUDE and not only will I NEVER stay here again, but I will make sure to let everyone know on all social media platforms what happened. I have the texts from their GM to prove it.

The tv set up was just horrible. If your kids wanted to play there gaming consoles they would not be able too bc of that. Then the tv is so high up. The bathroom was terrible tolit sit looked chewed up and the bathroom/bedroom as a whole was just an awful experience and site to see. Remodeling is a must.

The room has so many holes in the walls. There was No stopper for the bathtub. The day bed cover was ripped with holes in it. The bathtub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The carpet was filthy. There wasn't a refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker or an iron in the room. The juice machine was out of order at the complementary breakfast station.

The property smelled like pot and needed a lot of upgrades. Bed sheets had holes in them. This place should be closed.

Not what was pictured. Locks did not work on windows, sticks were being used to keep the windows closed. Did not feel safe staying at this location. Partying in rooms above us, all hours of the night. Screaming and yelling. Transactions for drugs happening through the windows of the hotel rooms. Continental breakfast was frozen waffles thrown in the refrigerator. Eating area was not clean.

The room was dirty. It didn't seem like the phone had been wiped off in quite a while. The tissue container was rusty. The walls of the room were chipped. The heater / air conditioner unit didn't function properly. It didn't appear that the thermostat was working correctly. When the heater went on it stayed on and ran and ran and ran. When you switched it over to air conditioning it would then cool and cool and cool. I spent the whole night getting up turning the heater on and then off and then back on when the room was cold. The complimentary breakfast was one of the weakest spreads that I've ever seen at any hotel. Even the Red roof did better than you did. The property was poorly maintained. The heater in the stairwell was broken and in pieces laying on the floor. I will be hard for us to ever stay at a microtel again.

Had to call the cops on a guy the moment we walked in. The first night someone was trying to get into my room. The phone didn't work to call the front desk to let someone know and I couldn't get through with my own phone.

We had to check out at 2:00am bc I was getting bitten by numerous bed bugs. We went down to the front desk to check out and the clerk was clearly drunk. And seemed to be hosting a little party in the lobby. She stated that the general manager would be in around 10:00 am on Sunday morning and we could speak with her to request a refund. We came back at that time and was told that she wouldn’t be in until Monday around 9:00am.
