We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThis was the most unkempt and unclean hotel that I've ever stayed in. Examples: That sheets had stains on one of the beds, the carpet was filthy beyond being able to simply it, the bathtub had a ring around it, ( meaning that it had not been cleaned), and the overall experience was very disappointing. FYI, I checked out immediately once other hotels in the area became available the following morning.
I only like how close it was to the events we were attending.

United StatesBreakfast was a joke!!! Only bisquicks and gravy, waffles, muffins. No eggs or sausage, bacon, toast ect. My mom is diabetes and there was nothing for her to eat. And it was really bad that I have stayed there before and the rate was triple because of graduation. And you had to get your own towels if you were staying more than one day. There were no blankets in the room at all. We had to go get it are self. The worst part he could not fine my reservation for 15 mins. only my daughters. And I booked my stay before she did and I am a rewards member.

Canadait is like you walked into 1970 and not in a cute way. The room had an old smell. The window seat was frayed and the walls have chipped paint. Checkin staff said very little to us during Checkin. Overpriced.

United StatesThe staff was disorganized, the room was not clean at all, and had no soap or towels, or a blanket on the bed. The microwave and the refrigerator were both dirty and there was food left in the fridge. The carpet was stained, so was the couch and barstool
