Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There was no shampoo, conditioner, or soap in the bathroom For the breakfast, they had a pancake machine and no pancake mix available

On the outside of the building we noticed there were several window screens that were bent, missing or screen torn. Appeared as if someone had tried to get into the room through the window. We stayed on the 2nd floor of the building close to the exterior door entrance. People yelling at 11 PM, we were concerned there would be a serious altercation, but there was not. However, I was nervous enough that I looked for the room phone in case we needed to notify the front desk and found it not working. The cord to plug the phone into the wall was behind the head of the bed which was against the wall and I could not see if it was plugged in or not. Not reassuring that we could not notify someone if there was an emergency. Also, bed covering had brown stains (?coffee) and the throw pillow was also badly stained. Also, there was a knocking noise from outside that went on all night and I got very little sleep. Thought maybe it was the window when we discovered the window lock was not engaged, but fixing that did not stop the noise. No worries, we will not be staying there again.

Breakfast 2not a decent selection..app asked if w I wanted to upgrade to 2 queen beds..I said yes.. However when I went to check in they would not allow my to do so a for the aadnal $10

The broken toilet, along with the incorrect water temperature in the sink. A few roaches in the bathroom… Barely any breakfast options because so many things were out of order…

Very friendly staff
The staff at this location was extremely friendly while spending the weekend at this location. The elevator went down. My original room was dirty.

The building itself was in minor disrepair and some areas of the room and adjacent areas were less than clean, but overall didn't effect the stay. It was fine for the price of the room.
The staff were very pleasant and the location was perfect. Close to the interstate but tucked away enough to avoid excessive noise. The beds were comfortable.

No fridge in the room. The bed was too soft. We went down for breakfast, the juice machine is not working, the pancake machine is not working, there were 6 slices of stale bread lined up in a display. No yogurt or fruit. Only 3 types of sugary cereal. When we asked staff about it, they shrugged their shoulders and said this is what is available. We will not be staying at Microtel Inns again.

The breakfast was lackluster. I’ve had many a continental breakfast but this I’m not sure qualifies. The pancake machine was displayed but didn’t work, the juice machine displayed but didnt work. They had bread for toast and cornflakes and lucky charms, oh and a few apples, that’s it.

There was loud (screaming and banging on something) noises from the room next to our room.
The room was more than we expected. We had to get additional linen for the sleeper sofa because there was not any in the room. The room itself was very spacious. We did not have breakfast.

Room looks old and lot of maintenance needed.

The people that were working they were cool I see the lady laying in the rooms very friendly guy behind the desk was nice I brought him back 2 gallons of milk from Walmart but breakfast was really lousy I never only one time ate there very disappointing I stay at hotels all the time I never said nothing like that also the lights didn't work properly markings on the wall from patches I would have been embarrassed if I would have a lady with me

Only thing wrong is it needs upgraded quite a bit and modernized
Best sleep I have had in a hotel or even at home in a long time. Very affordable. If you just need a good sleep, hot shower, light breakfast, the price can’t be beat but the Location is outdated just needs to be upgraded and modernized so for the price you get you overlook the needed upgrades. It was clean, staff was very friendly, breakfast is basic cereal, toast, mini pancakes and coffee or you can go to one of the close restaurants.

Dated..needs a refurb. Shower. Curtain was dirty,not enough USB outlets. Breakfast needs different fruits, some pastries and a working utensil machine
The night front Desk Person,Lily was a gem! There was an issue and she was vary knowledgeable and professional and had it fixes in seconds. She ‘s very personable, efficient and friendly
