The shower gave only a dripping of water, however, the water was hot, The sink was simi clogged. Water when down very slowly.

Coffee and sweet rolls were good. The location was excellent. The bed was comfortable.

For the price of the room I reserved for, it NEEDS AN RENOVATION AND THE ODOR WAS RIDICULOUS, the hot tub needs to be updated Room #119 if I’m not mistaken. That was a complete turnoff.

Breakfast consisted of Little Debbie snacks. Sox were soiled from walking around only a couple hours max. Neighborhood is eh. We walked .5m to eat and it was fine but wouldn't do it at night.

The bed was pretty comfy. The shower was perfectly adequate. They gave extra pillows upon request. Staff was super friendly. There were no bugs that we noticed.

The cashier was amazing but the room had broken pictures and the bathroom looked like mold was in it . No Wi-Fi or nothing

Better sanitation and some renovation to small things like the curtain rod being to close to the tub in the shower and the toilet being too close to the wall. Also better mattresses cause the bed was a bit worn down.

Though this was more of a motel vibe my sister and I was able to relax for a night and rest (though the bed made both or backs and shoulders hurt). The staff we came across were all nice and polite. Even super helpful when getting a room to best match our requests with the issue booking online

It was definitely on the scale of a cheap motel; clean but chessy. Slick floor; in need of upgrade. The profile pictures was better than the actual room.

I liked the price that's it.

This motel is right next to a busy street and a train track. You could hear the train and its horn and all the traffic right outside my room.

The floor needed to be sweeped, the top blanket had cigarette burns holes, there was no hangers in closet,

The door had been kicked in at some point. The jam and trim was a cobbled repair job. The swinging lock was only attached to the trim that was detached from the wall, so the lock wasn't really doing anything.

The bed was clean and so were the floors. Bathroom was clean as well. The staff was helpful and kind.

Read some positive reviews from a couple sources. I understand $90 per night in a suburb of Chicago doesn’t get you as nice a place in a smaller city or town, but this place was pretty old and run down. Walked from the bathroom to the far side of the bed barefooted to sit down and put socks on after taking a shower and my feet had dark dust on them. The pillows needed to be replaced and the mattress made noises. I stayed away from the place except when I needed to sleep.

Sheets were clean. This is the first time I checked the bed for bed bugs at any motel I’ve stayed at.

Cleanliness was noticeably bad. In my non smoking room, the first thing I saw was an ashtray on the "desk." The bathroom was almost nonfunctional.

Staff was friendly and professional. checking in and out was easy.

Some of the maid service was rude and some of them were nice. Carpets were very dirty and felt gross without socks or shoes.

Front desk was very helpful and very nice. Beds were comfy.

Nasty room. Couch broken No ventilation (fans didn't work) Toilet broken Spa tub was nasty dirty. Mirrors nasty looking never cleaned Towels didn't even smell clean I would never stay here again

I booked a non-smoking room and when I got to the room it smelled like cigarettes and there was an ashtray on the coffee table. I called the desk and she said if I want a non smoking room it would be more expensive, I think it was like $60 more. I basically paid more money to get the room I booked already through bookings.. I got to the new room which was a bit nicer with no smell of smoking, but the shower was caving in the ceiling. I regret not just booking at Hyatt or Hilton for the price.

It was a legit no-tell motel. Walked in & turned the tv on & there was nasty low quality hairy ass 90's porn playing. The bed was horribly uncomfortable & there was a giant mirror on the celling above it. Prolly had a hidden camera behind it. There's strip club style neon lights flashing on the wall by the spa & a busted ass old leather casting couch in the corner. The door didn't even have a dead bolt & wasnt sealed so the freezing wind was whistling threw the crack all night & I woke up freezing my balls off. 🥶🙁 All that for $147 a night!

The bathroom & spa in the room were both nice. Good water pressure. Never ran out of hot water which was handy considering the door didn't seal & it was -5° outside.
