I didn’t like the location. I had a room facing the main road. I’m a light sleeper so I heard all noisy car or vehicle that drove by. I didn’t sleep well. I prefer a courtyard view.

The bed was soft but the pillows were very hard resulting in poor sleep and sore neck/shoulders.

No front desk in the morning, I left my keys in the drop box and after a few hours I still wasn’t checked out. I was told it’s booking responsibility to do this and reimburse my hundred dollar security deposit even though the hotel charged my card upon arrival. I stood in a line for forty minutes with only one person ahead of me. The lack of training for such a high class place was ridiculous. She insisted that booking was responsible for my reimbursement even though the hotel charged the fee upon arrival.

The property was gorgeous the lake was beautiful and the amenities were astounding… hammocks and paddle boats

There was no path around the lake. We ended up bicycling on the road around the block. The restaurant was ok, but overpriced. No ambiance, which is a shame because all it would take is softer music and dimmer lighting. The restaurant is essentially a sports bar with lots of TV's . There were nice fire pits to sit by, but the chairs were such that they couldn't be moved closer to actually feel the heat.

The view was nice. Bikes were great. Room was decent. Loved the balcony.

Although we booked for 3 people in room, the towels, coffee, etc. were provided for 2 people. We had to ask for additional items. Note: The restaurant and bar closed early, but we were informed that they might close early due to the holiday. My son went to the restaurant just as another large group of people were arriving, and they were all turned away due to the restaurant closing.

I ordered wine and chocolate strawberries in the room to make it a special start to our weekend getaway unfortunately, the chocolates came on a sorry Facebook plays with a tin lid on it like it was a school lunch. Just a shame when the room was so nice. It seemed to be a bit of a letdown, especially for the price, but that’s just being picky. Overall, this day was excellent. The staff were exceptionally kind.

I received multiple app messages, texts, and emails about the pool being closed that included the wrong dates. The listing did not mention a resort fee but then one was added in the first message after I’d already booked. When I went to check in online, the fee had doubled. I contacted the property and they honored the original price, but there was just a ton of hassle and confusion before we even checked in. Whoever runs the communication for this place seems to be incredibly disorganized. At the property, the walk to our room was long. We didn’t mind, because it gave us the best view. But if you have mobility issues, I’d request a closer room. The barn door to the bathroom wouldn’t shut properly and would always drift open. Also, there was a group of people with a barky dog who partied loudly and late into the night across the hall.

The view was beautiful. The room was large and comfortable. Parking was easy. And we had a nice walk in the morning before it got too hot.

Faculties were lacking. No pool, restaurant in a weird spot, couldn’t go outside due to contradiction. Just overall they seem like they are going through it. The rooms were nice but I could hear everything the other rooms were listening to, talking about, playing on TV. The privacy was bad. So for a nice luxury place it wasn’t too good but way better than a best western or a normal one like that.
