every thing was nice and clean but some of the outdoor furnitures were a bit damaged and should be replaced.

Our tub was clogged, but that was likely resolved after we informed the front desk. The room, while comfortable, was a bit bland. Perhaps some artwork near the television would help.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the food at the restaurant was quite good. The grounds were well-kept and the pool clean and enjoyable. Our room was comfortable and spacious.

It is an older building they seem to be working on updates. The dock had loose boards that were unsafe.

The grounds were very pretty. Pool was well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful.

TV did not work & it was the last game for the diamonbacks baseball game. so had to leave the facility to watch the game. next day the tv was on but couldn't change channels or turn off so unpluged it.

Really loved the location. Convenient to everything. Use of bikes and kayaking on the man-made lake behind the property at no extra charge were a bonus. Lovely pool, and great bar! Had breakfast in the dining room and lunch and dinner at the bar, and the food was good.

A little older property, but has the basics and good location. If you’re handicap or have trouble with walking, the lower floors are more suitable, as the hallways are spread out .

No coffee or tea in the lobby for guests. No hot tub, no sauna.

Location was peaceful, great views the lake and kayaks were awesome. Great balconies per room nice pool and restaurant. Fruit in the dish excellent addition. Great selection in the mini store. Staff was awesome. Close to old town Scottsdale.

When you walked in your lobby it smelt like sulphur or rotten eggs the whole stay we were there, very nauseating!! One staff member said it’s coming from the restaurant but honestly I don’t think it was from the restaurant.

It is in need of some updating along with some carpet cleaning in common areas. It would also have been nice if the bar area was open in the pool area.

The side entrance doors were not secure. My patio faced a condo complex where a man was barbecuing on his patio without a shirt.The outlet next to the bathroom sink did not work. There was no outlet next to the bed for a charger. The room/facilities were dated. It did not have a resort feel, I've stayed at a nicer Holiday Inn.

The location was great as was the front desk staff. The room was clean, a great size, and the bed was quite comfortable. The staff was very accommodating

For the price of the room, and the more upscale location of the hotel, I would expect the pool deck to not be missing chunks of the cool deck making the surface uneven to walk on. The little lake was a great feature, the paddle boat was a nice touch, but when my son and I climbed into one and started drifting off we realized the pedals didn't work and were nearly stranded. If the hotel is providing that type of amenity, they should make sure they are operable. Beds were very uncomfortable.

All of the staff were amazing. They were kind, helpful, and accommodating. The grounds were nice, well manicured.

The bartender could have been more accommodating. Felt a shade of discrimination. Tried ignoring me.

Ethan at the front desk did an amazing job for accommodating us. Our flight arrived at 9:30 AM from San Francisco and called the hotel to see if we can do an early check in. Without any hesitation, he granted our request. When we got there, he was very helpful and professional! We had a great time and a pleasant stay.
