Didn't appreciate after traveling six hours to arrive at hotel at 3:15 and in the entire property on a Thursday there was not a room available. The hotel is very over priced for the condition it's in. The restaurant prices are extremely high. The front door is not automated which makes it very difficult to get in with luggage.

The property itself was pretty, but the hotel needs some serious renovation.

Loud between hallways and rooms. Could hear other guests. Not hot tub. Overpriced in terms of the quality of the room. The bathtub had been painted.

Beautiful location overlooking water and mountains in the distance. Nice balcony overlooking that area. Near the railroad park which is awesome for young kids.

hotel layout, our room is down 3rd halfway room the elevator. Lobby almost non existent. Very few places to sit in the Lobby.

Mattresses were average only and there was no bath fan. Otherwise great!

The lobby and amenities are beautiful. It is conveinant to have the restaurant there. The outdoor fire pits overlooking the lake are really nice! There is plenty of parking and everything is close by!

Poor customer service in the front desk not friendly. Suggestions I think you need more employees they look tired or not happy I see them everyday.

The view and the waitress is very nice even though she is alone. Also the safety. Near in locations where we go.

I did not have any negative experiences, all of my needs were met.

This property was close to the downtown area of Scottsdale, close to shopping and restaurants as well as some awesome hiking. The room and facilities were clean and well-decorated, providing a nice atmosphere.

Everything was great. The location is beautiful and so quiet, you can unplug or do some work without distractions. The staff is super nice and friendly. Food was great and the swimming pool area is lovely with a view on the McCormick pond.

I decided on the McCormick Scottsdale because they had a restaurant and bar. However, when I arrived to resort they reported the restaurant and bar had pipes/flood issues and was closed. Food options was limited, but reasonable prices and had to eat on terrace with the birds.

Waitress didn't know how to make the drinks. We sent it back twice and said forget it. The other drink was too strong. Pool was super cold. Restaurant under construction, so we had to sit outside, it was a little warm/humid for me. My chair had spider webs all under it and my daughter got really freaked out and didn't want to stay and finish her food. I was freaked out because it was touching my leg. So I switched chairs. Very disappointed online menu was much better and more choices but when walked down to eat it was half the menu and they said it is not updated. I would have never spent over $100 to eat there if I would have known that, I would have just paid to go to the cheesecake factory instead. Was disappointed that they had no horseradish for my steak.

The only downfall was the restaurant, I think they are understaffed or so, it seems. We only had breakfast there. It is a bit pricey. My coffee and food were cold upon arrival, and it seemed like our waiter was the only host, server & bus boy. But other than that, the potatoes were quite delicious!

The room was clean, and the size of the bathroom was great. The beds were very comfortable, and the pillows were just right. We had a patio walk out, and it took us straight to the pool, and we could see the lake from our sliding glass door. Beautiful view and location. Very safe area and very nice. The staff was amazing , very kind and helpful. The gym I just walked in, and it looked very clean and well maintained. They offer lemon water throughout the hotel, and it is very refreshing. The housekeeping staff is awesome, very attentive, and helpful. The pool was nice and relaxing. The lake was a key to our stay as well. You can kayak and paddle the boat, and it is all included in your reservation.
