The staff at the reception were not friendly and lacked customer relation skills. They didn’t seem to interested in helping out with a few issues I went to regarding over charge and offer advertised at the premises.

I really didn’t like their mandatory destination fee of $30 a night. They give you $30 in credits each day but you had to spend it the same day. Felt like a scam.

The location was great. Within walking distance to the subway and the neighborhood wasn’t that noisy.

They charge you a 30$ daily credit you need to consume I asked for an invoice issued on my company’s name but hotel’s people said they couldn’t issue because I prepaid booking so they issued it on my name as a physical person

I’ve stayed here a few times and reserved the duplex last stay. The room wasn’t ready upon our arrival and didn’t get the duplex. Supposedly got an upgrade to a king suite, which to me wasn’t an upgrade. I wanted 2 levels due to bringing another couple with us. Wanted them to have their own level and both couples have more privacy. Asked for some accommodation for the room not being what I reserved and was told that I received a better room. When your spending $900 for a room that your only in to sleep, I want what I reserved. Again, the room was nice but not what I ordered.

Location is great. Nice rooms with good views. Usually reserve a king corner suite.

Restaurant was ok, though not exceptional.

Amazing views and clean, comfortable rooms. The takeaway cafe downstairs had very friendly staff, a good selection of food and decent coffee for quick easy meals.

Pool no longer functional - not advertised but I’d stayed before so didn’t realise it’s not been fixed after breaking and was looking forward to this facility.

There were no accessible plugs for me to connect my computer to work on the one "desk" available (where the TV was also placed). I had to work on the battery and then charge it from the plug next to the bed when I was not using it. That was room 3226

There was a constant wait for the lifts and the reception staff were very arrogant and rude except from one gentleman who was very polite.

The location was excellent and so was the bed very comfortable.

Not happy with the bed sizes listed as the being 2 queen and they where just a bit over a single size bed …some Staff working g around the reception were rude and dismissive of issues .. also not happy with the daily charge of 30$ plus tax to spend at the hotel .. a quest should be able to choose how to spend their money 💰

Dirty carpet, bathroom doors were not movable and we requested somebody to come and fix them but nobody came and never fixed it, the breakfast credit was confusing to use as well

For the cost of the room, there was no true feel of luxury. The food available was ok; I did not understand why there was no room service. I expected a more higher end experience for the amount I paid.

The location of the hotel was great since my meeting was at the UN. The view from the room was amazing at night. The person who checked me in, was courteous and helpful.
