The lack of a breakfast effort. An employee called in sick so no hot breakfast was provided and cold breakfast was not restocked properly. Very disappointing for the entire weekend.

Some of the games in the arcade didn’t work and on our last day the pool was closed which sucked because that is why we booked at this hotel.

Can't really think of anything that could have been better

Front desk staff were very polite and courteous. Our room on the 4th floor was very nice - furniture was in good repair - bed was comfortable - very quiet. Overall the hotel appeared to be in good shape - they were doing some repairs/renovation to the front lobby doors. The interior of the hotel is really neat, Liked the bar in the lobby. The breakfast was very good with lots of selections and we liked where is was located and the lady preparing it was very friendly. Although we did not use the pool it looked very inviting.

No hot water in our room on our last night. Staff said employee working that night/morning didn’t know how to reset the water heater. Also, entree way is filthy and automatic doors are loud and scary! Sets a bad tone as soon as you enter hotel.

Breakfast and I had noisy neighbors down the hall and right above me. The regular pool was not in service and the water park water had boxelder bugs in it.

We got a call the morning of our arrival, that the pool was closed. The elevator smelled of cigarette smoke. When we got off the elevator, dirty linen and towels were lying on the floor in front of each room. We got into our room. Everything seemed to look nice, but then I noticed that the bathroom was not cleaned. The toilet paper was almost empty on the holder. There was hair and reminants of facial hair from shaving in the sink. The soap bar and makeup remover packet were not neatly placed in the corner. The toilet was not scrubbed out. We went down and asked for another room. We got another room straight away. It was much better. However, the ac/heater wasn't working properly. The temp was warm in our room. We had to turn it off completely in the end. There was no USB port where we could charge our phones, so we had to buy a wall port. The breakfast was acceptable except the potatoes didn't seem fresh. It tasted as if they were reheated from the day before. Some of the maintenance crew were walking up and down the hall talking loudly and weren't using appropriate language. (Jokingly with each other) However, it wasn't professional and appropriate. I am glad children weren't around.

It was quiet and location wise it was in a good place. The inside of the hotel was really cool looking. The receptionist was really friendly. I really liked that it was very peaceful. I loved the black out shades and the nightlight in the bathroom.

There was no Hot water. When I called the front desk I was told that their boilers could not keep up with a full hotel. Then when I asked about a discount I was told to contact booking.com. Their staff is very rude to guest that use other options for booking.

We were given a room that wasn't clean yet and left our bags in that room to go let the front desk know and got locked out of the room and housekeeping didn't want to let us in to grab our stuff. Then accused us of making the room a mess!
