Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The lady with black hair at the reception desk was a bit rude and yelled at my husband and granddaughter to stop running. When she could have asked them politely and respectfully as they were just enjoying themselves.
The rooms were very roomy and fit our size.

The staff is amazing, especially Terry at the front desk. He brought ice to the room after we checked in late. Wow! Just how we used to run our Best Western years ago. So refreshing! The bed was out of this world, fab shower, great room!

I DIDN'T LIKE PAYING TWICE FOR MY HOTEL ROOM!!!!
I would like to tell you that booking.com sucks. My payment to booking,com never got to the hotel and I had to pay twice and am still fighting with customer NO service to get my refund. I will never use this site again after I get my refund.

I know the price probably wasn't a bad price but it still would help if we could get it cheaper as we can't afford a whole lot. Also we did not like it that the TV channels were not a big range. So there wasn't a whole lot to watch.
The staff was friendly and the place was really clean. It was nice and spacious also.

The pool was extremely small. You can’t swim in that oversized hot tub. With how busy it was, late night adult only hours for the pool area would have been nice. The TV reception was terrible.
One bedroom king suite was very nicely laid out. Comfortable couch and bed. Loved the fluffy comforter and pillows. The billiards room was so much fun. Top notch breakfast with many options.

We stayed at the hotel from 12.24.2024-01.07.2025. These were wonderful home days. The attitude of the staff is beyond praise, it is very cozy, the rooms have everything you need at home. Breakfasts and social hour are very beatuful. We received quality service, friendly attitude of all employees. Good swimming pool, coffee and tea area around the clock. Systematic room service. Convenient location of the hotel. A quiet place to relax and work. We had an unforgettable experience and were sad to leave. Many thanks to the staff and the hotel administration. It was is perfect!!!

When I checked in the receptionist asked me which floor I wanted to be on, she had rooms available on every floor. I chose a room on the 4th floor at the end of the hall, very quiet stay!

The shower curtain set-up doesn’t work well and let water onto the floor. The kitchen faucet should be more substantial. It would make more sense to change the fridge/freezer doors to open from the other side.
Comfortable room and very quiet. Location convenient and staff very friendly.

It would be ideal if non-pet rooms could be available for those who don't want to stay in a room where pets stayed, but I appreciated that the receptionist worked hard to find us a room pets hadn't been in for nine days. A bit noisy in the morning along the street, but generally a quiet, comfortable accommodation.
Clean, attractive, well-laid-out, and functional room. Staff members were all friendly and helpful. Off-season pricing allowed us to enjoy this accommodation. Breakfast is quite good.

Just the hours of pool and spa were short.We expected a little bigger due to pictures and the pool to be warmer.
The staff were all so delightful. Very helpful and each one greeted us with a smile. That is rare these days so it was noticed and appreciated.The breakfast was very good and displayed nicely. The room was clean. We were all a little cold though I think there was a small cold air breeze.We must have worked the thermostat wrong. Other than that it was amazing, a hot shower got rid of chills. We enjoyed our evening it was a comfortable, safe environment.
