The townhouse was just as listed. It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with the essentials for the bathrooms and kitchen (coffee filters, teas, dishwasher tabs, etc.), and I appreciated the large garage as well. The layout and bed arrangement was perfect for the six of us. I liked the location. It was easy to walk into town along the bike path or up to the trails along the Colorado River. Great home base to explore Arches and Canyonlands. The binder with restaurant recommendations was also very helpful. Front desk very responsive.

Location was gorgeous and historic, we rented one of the townhouses for my wife, my mom, in-laws and brother in law so 6 of us fit really comfortably. We were just minutes away from everything moab had to offer. The staff really were the best! They made sure every single need was taken care of. I am looking forward to another stay here.

The place was beautiful and the townhome was great. The service was good and we liked having a coffee shop/breakfast so close. We liked Wiz.

Loved the location and the beautiful grounds with water features and hammocks. The coffee shop is a great convenience but very slow as everyone tries to make it into Arches before 7 am with fancy coffee.

Hearing the traffic from the main road early in the morning was the only downside.

The pool and hot tub were great after walking the trails at Arches or Canyonlands. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied. Everything was organized and set up for a carefree stay. The cafe was a nice touch. The gluten-free items were appreciated and tasty.

Fabulous place close to Arches entrance and restaurants, beautiful serene property with pool, spa, pond, several seating areas under shady trees and Wiz the cat who lives company!

Perfect set up for our family of four! Close to the park and Moab. Cabin had everything we needed and it was perfectly set up. The pool was great for a quick cool down after our hikes. The coffee shop had great coffee and breakfast sandwiches! I would absolutely stay here again!

Bungalow was quiet and clean. Comfy bed and lovely shower and yummy coffee. The pool and Jacuzzi was nice. The grounds were exceptional, very peaceful. Perfect location from Arches National Park Entrance.

I liked how relaxing the environment was. The bungalow was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed for our few nights. We really enjoyed relaxing in the meadow and the pool!

Amazing! We had bungalow 32 and the property had an incredible view from the balcony and the room was beautiful! So close to all the national parks, downtown etc…absolutely would stay here you won’t regret it! We also loved their resort cat Wizard!!
