Service in first floor restaurant very slow. Valet short staffed? Not present when arriving but just park across street and is free.

They charged for everything including the water and coffee in room. The parking garage was flooded and couldn’t park there which is fine since outside parking seemed safe enough. Trying to get to room took forever but again it’s a big place

On arrival we had 2 rooms. One of our rooms was ready and was told they were cleaning our other room and it would be eady shortly...it wasnt. Several hours later, I went to the front desk and was told it wasnt ready and the front desk was puzzled why it wasnt. Also Had to go get card keys rekeyed the next day as they werent working. I had said they need to give me a couple of buffets for the inconveneince. Didnt get anything. The day the water was shot off and elevators werent working but I know that wasnt the hotels fault so we were ok. . Our last day went to breakfast buffet. Waited forever to get waiter at the table., as the place wasnt busy. They were just standing there talking to each other. When he took our drink orders we went and got our breakfast.....he never came with drinks had to address the manager. Wasnt compensated for anything. Very disappointing. We started our stay off pretty good and was great in between but at the end of our trip was very disappointing.

2 employees that stood out for us on our trip and went above & beyond service was Valentina - hostess at the pool was amazing AND Ray the Bellman.

Everything was great, had no problem with the property.

I loved the way the hotel has incorporated their landscape to their name with many gardens all across the property. Also the way one path leads to another new section to the property.

Durning booking reservations was told to go to booking.com to make them and informed that covered parking was free but was charged anyway. Counter top in bathroom was full of hair. Coffee maker did not work and lights did not work in 330 and 912 Some staff were excellent like Dana. Great person Two charges are in dispute for 102.30 and 89.70. Was told that they could not find the charge but will contact in the next couple days

Parking. The covered, in the parking structure, that leads right into the hotel lobby has an extra charge of $10/day. For the price of the stay, I’d expected this to be included. Also, if you are there and looking to get away from kids. This is not for you. Just saying. There will be lots of kids.

Monody’s Garden Hotel was in the best location. It was close to the beach and restaurants. Also if you are not wanting to go far, the hotel has plenty of attractions to stay and enjoy the amenities.

Really the only complaint I have is that you can hear pretty much everything your neighbors are doing and if there’s a crying baby…. You get to hear that as well. Lol It was fine. Life happens and it’s to be expected. Also, it reminded me of dorm living between the hours of 6-8 am because everyone is up and moving around and definitely don’t think to be quiet for those who may be sleeping in…. But - there again - it’s kind of expected when you travel. Just be aware if you’re wanting something super quiet, this may not be the spot for you.

We liked that there was pretty much any and everything you needed there at the property and several things to do there.
