United StatesI didnt like nor having extra towels as requested when I booked thru 3rd party site only to get to property and be told that Request Not Honored until you are assigner a room upon check in I did not like No Microwave was in my room. I did not like No Hotel Shuttle Bus to take me to local places nearby. I did not like no Blankets in closets
Breakfast was good ... Spa was Excellent (a bit pricier) Room was quite pretty and our View of Islands & Schliterbahn water park was amazing. A plus was their Hotel Gym offered Free Yoga classes but I didn't know about it until After the fact. *****🔺I did like the Friendly Smiles of all the Valet ppl especially Randy who went above and beyond by taking our Luggage up to room then went to another floor to get ICE for our cooler WOOHOO THANKS RANDY🔺

United StatesWhen the woman checking us in at 4:45pm.on Friday afternoon Spanish black hair glasses was in such a hurry to check us in keep making mistakes with our checking in rushing us asking for my credit card that I already gave to her forgot she had it . We purchased two rooms she gave us keys to one .She was talking to the staff member next to her saying she was getting off in a few minutes. When I asked her for the keys for the second room she said she gave them to us and she didn't. If that's the way you're staff treats customers no wonder business is slow.When we checked out I had a 28 dollar charge from the bar charged to our room we didn't make we don't even drink much less no where the bar is.I asked the employee why we were charged for something we haven't used she said yes you did it's right here on your bill.We were going to the airport no time to investigate. What's the use will let everyone know to stay at another hotel if they visit your city.

United StatesThe food is not to the standards of this type of accomodations. The food was very poor quality. The Cafe had a buffet which was fair. Room service was awful , expensive and the food tasted not to standards. The only thing that was good was the Salmon Lox and that is because it is a raw dish no cooking involved and the orange juice. The halls smelled musty, for a property that is not that old. this is bad. Around the pool they said "let us know if you are celebrating a birthday so we can help you celebrate!" I told the front desk when I checked in that we were there to celebrate 2 birthdays, nothing happened. When I asked the young lady again she said not at the hotel maybe around the pool. Wishy washy! Very disappointed because I dropped a lot of money at this Hotel. Will not recommend , will not go back!

United KingdomRoom smelt musky. Air conditioning banged all night. Location is great for moody gardens but that is literally it. You're miles away from anything else. Had to unfold and make the sofa bed which wasn't great. $50 early check in fee was refunded for that which is fine.

United StatesThe rooms are very outdated and the bathtub was absolutely disgusting. The paint is piling off, and whatever they used to fix it was also coming up. Couldn't give my toddler a normal bath. Also no microwave available in the room, so I couldn't feed my toddler as normal, he's a very picky eater. Called the front desk and one wasn't available.

I asked the housekeeper for a blanket, and she acted as if she did not speak English and neve brought us one. I have stayed her twice only because my husband thought it was reasonable. This is our second time staying at this property. Its just outdated. The couches were also very nasty. I also saw a roach crawling the morning we checked out. I left my car there for a cruise so I was just afraid to complain.

United StatesThe customer service wasn't good at all...I had paid for my room online before gettingto the property..THEN I GET THERE WAS SUPPOSE TO BE CHARGE only accidental charge of 100.00 BUT WAS CHARGE for a THE room twice and then charge A ACCIDENTAL FEE ON TOP OF THAT TO the point account was in the negative....then THEY lied about the money going back right away..And the manager didnt even have the common courtesy to come and talk about the accident...AND NO TYPE ACCOMMODATION FOR ALL THE TROUBLE THEY CAUSE..
