Room too small, almost no in-room storage for luggage, clothes, etc. No closet. Wall hooks of limited use. Bathroom configuration with sink in sleeping room awkward.

Staff was very good, bed very comfortable, room was clean and neat. Shower was good.

Overall I would definitely visit again, the only negative - if I had to say one- was that a couple of times, even though staff had evidently visited the room to make the bed, the floor appeared tο not have been cleaned.

Everything was great! The room was exactly the one I had asked for prior to our trip and the hotel staff had gone above and beyond to decorate it accordingly with rose petals and candles, because I had informed them that the trip was our honeymoon. The room was spotless clean when we arrived, with truly great views, very convenient location! An erroneous charge was made upon our check out that was meant for another room, however, I spotted and it was amended with no fuss from the hotel staff, which was great.

The room was quite dusty around the corners and ventilators. One of the air conditioning units blew air directly into one of the bunk beds so we had to turn the fan off at night which was fine in this weather. Not sure it would have been nice in the summer. On check out, we noticed we had been charged for two bottles of Fiji Water, which we definitely had not drunk. I explained to reception and the particle staff member continued to ask if we were “definitely sure we hadn’t taken them”!!! Another member standing by stepped in (he was a bit embarrassed I think). Slightly bemusing/ unpleasant experience but otherwise, generally thought this was a great option.

Great location and decor. Staff were mostly friendly apart from one slightly unpleasant experience The family room with bunk beds was fantastic and very spacious for NY.

The steam from the shower set off the smoke/fire alarm multiple times. There is only one combined soap/shampoo and a conditioner available. Room amenities lacking for the price point of this hotel - no fridge, no kettle or coffee machine in the room, no wardrobe (instead a series of pegs along a wall with three hangers - insufficient for 2 people), no glassware - only paper cups provided.

10/10 view from the room overlooking the Empire State building. Very comfortable bed. Nice communal lounges and bar spaces. Well situated within Manhattan for exploring both uptown and downtown. Would recommend

Our room was minuscule, making it uncomfortable for a group of four. The glass sliding door separating the bathroom offered little privacy.

The hotel is in a fantastic central location, just a short walk from Penn Station. The room had an incredible city view, and the 24/7 gym was a great perk. Both the room and the gym were very clean. Loved the two bars, breakfast cafe, and restaurant - plenty of options for food and drinks.

The downstairs cafe facility was disappointing, coffee ok, but poor food options. The main issue though were the lifts/elevators were small and slow, which became a drag.

It's a good location, and I'd say very decent roomwise.

At one point all elevators were inoperative for over two hours, when I was on (I think) the 32nd floor. This kind of thing will happen, but we weren't given a lot of information to plan the day on and eventually I had to call the desk to discover the elevators were working again. A surprise, because as I've said, staff were generally really helpful.

This hotel is comfortable, convenient, well located and well appointed. Great bed. But the best thing about it is the friendly, considerate staff, always ready to answer questions and offer help.

Area for pulling up/checking in was tight and a little chaotic. No big deal but I guess thats a dislike. I liked pretty much everything for the stay that I had.

Convenient location in Chelsea, with a number of hotels in the area and good options for food/conveniences nearby. The rooftop bar adjoined was better than expected in terms of fun, crowd and views plus you avoid paying cover as a hotel guest. Solid sweetener. Credit for onsite dining included for solid cafe and hotel 2nd floor "lobby" bar.

The room with two full-size beds was small, with only walking space around the beds. We found the beds and pillows to be uncomfortable. There is no closet, only hangers on pegs on the wall with the TV. There is also no dresser, but each bed has a drawer and a few shelves underneath. The bedside table between the beds is small and barely holds a phone. There are no toiletry products in the bathroom, only body wash/shampoo and conditioner.

We were given a room with a city view on the 29th floor, which was nice. The room was clean, and the shower was hot with good water pressure. The location was a short walk to the 28th Street Metro station and was also walkable to nearby restaurants and shopping. The hotel has a cafe attached to the lobby which we only utilized on our last day, but is nice for grabbing a coffee and pastry or sandwich.
