I wish the window in my room was bigger and that I had address to a microwave. The closet was barely big enough for my luggage.

I enjoyed the free access I had to the building and how close it was to the things that I wanted to do.

A bit dated, but weren’t there to spend time in the hotel.

Great location for visiting Chinatown and beyond. Bed was comfortable. Staff pleasant. Free bottled water was a nice touch. Great value for NYC. We’ve stayed here multiple times and will stay again!

There was no handheld showerhead with a flexible hose, which is very inconvenient for women.

Nice location and excellent bed. However, there was no place in the room to hang up outerwear. The bathroom was clean but very cold, and the water was not hot.

2 queen beds with excellent mattresses, very quiet, location in area with many restaurants within few minutes walking distance - Asian and Italian food, a few blocks to two subway stations.

Had to move the coffee maker to use it , there was no electrical outlet where it was located. This room was too expensive for me to need to do that ! Carpet wasn’t awful, but it was just carpet…

We felt like we were walking into our own apartment when we got off the elevator. Very quiet, only two rooms on the 12th(?) floor. Bathrobes were a very nice touch ! The balcony was why I booked this room, it was wonderful; huge and not too high up. Great views of the surrounding buildings and park below. A good place to escape in the middle of the night for a breath of fresh air . Room was clean and had great hot water & pressure. Area very calm, residential, safe. Subway close by .

I would have liked a way to have decaf coffee in the room and maybe a simple fruit and pastry breakfast.

Clean and comfortable room. Close to subway. I felt safe walking alone at night. Great view of the park.

Thin walls, I could hear people next door throughout night. I recommend not getting a balcony, those rooms seem to be a busier part of the hotel.

The room was small but very comfy, and the location was just what we wanted, with a great city view. The staff was lovely.

Our first room without view was very different compare to one we have been upgrated to, looks like almost different hotels. Room without view was small, with smell and noise. We were lucky to travel out of the season and been upgraded. The new room was one of the best I have tried in my life: amazing view, big, clean and cozy room. If I would stay again in this hotel I will choose view room- good value for money. Room without a view in my opinion is too expensive compare to what you get. Very nice and helpful personal.
