Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Great location very close to the entrance to Arches N.P and close enough to Canyonlands too. Very attractive modern building outside and inside. The staff were really great and facilities at the Hotel second to none. The room was a fantastic size, with a super comfortable bed. We had a small kitchenette too and this was very useful and well equipped. We stayed three nights but I would have been very happy to stay longer...

The location is just outside the main part of downtown. The hotel is new and the staff were great. There was plenty of parking. We had a kitchenette so grocery items could be purchased in the lobby and they provided dishes and utensils upon request. Arches NP is less than a ten minute drive from the hotel. The hotel also provided information on local restaurants, attractions and so forth.

There were two charges for EVs, but only one marked parking spot. Confusing, but okay, since there were very few EVs at that time.
Didn't order breakfast. The location is good. The outside pool is excellent and has fantastic mountain view. The bed is comfy. The room is clean.

The kitchen was empty but you can borrow what you need Or ask them to prepare a basket of what you need. The ice maker was noisy but we would just turn it off at night.
Fantastic pool with nice view. Hotel was calm and clean. Front desk was nice and helpful. The room was large and perfect with a baby. ( we were 4) The kitchen was unfurnished but you can borrow items you need. They had coffee 24/7. Perfect and relaxing. Minutes from Arches NP

No dislikes, but would recommend making access to cookware & table settings more accessible for use with the kitchenette.
The night manager provided exemplary customer service. All staff were excellent, but he went a step beyond. He asked about any needs we might have each time we passed through the lobby. His demeanor was such that this wasn’t intrusive and it didn’t seem forced or unnatural. He simply made it clear that that he was there for us if we needed anything. Nice touch.

Air conditioner a bit loud but not a problem really
This property is excellent! The staff are so nice! It’s a great location. The pool was lovely. The washing is easy and cheap. The most comfortable bed I’ve stayed in! Big room with everything you need. Cooking amenities and fridge. Mostly I loved the friendly nice staff! Thank you!
