The hottest water was only warm, even after running it for some time. Master bathroom has no toilet paper holder. Perhaps this new reno just didn't get that done yet? While there is a lovely big sectional by the TV, that is the only comfy seating. A soft chair would be nice for book readers. Also in the lanai, even some basic patio chairs with some back support would be helpful.

The home was spacious and had good outdoor space. It was clean and recently renovated and the kitchen was stocked with the essentials if you want to cook. I would stay here again. It was in a great location near the springs and restaurants.

The neighbors have a Rooster so if you’re not an early morning person don’t sleep in room with 2 queen beds because you will hear him clearly!

The house was easy to find and in a nice location . We stayed only 1 night but the beds & room were comfortable, clean and spacious for the family. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee with creamer. The home is close to shopping and entertainment. We ate at Crackers restaurant outside on deck, we all enjoyed it.

Water doesn’t drain from bathtub, allowing only 1 person to bathe. Back porch not really usable (weathered and dusty but nice table and benches. The water dispenser on fridge door, it’s tricky not to drip water on floor. The ice dispenser flap froze up and blocked the ice from coming out but I was able to remove all the crushed and solid ice by hand

The home is comfy and welcoming for a great stay at the springs. It’s well stocked with amenities and the owners have thought through how to make your stay enjoyable. It’s close to shopping and restaurants and convenient to get around. We had a great stay and would definitely book again!

Home was very clean and cozy. All the essentials you needed for your stay were supplied. Loved the binder left for guests with information about local attractions, dining and instructions for the house. Would highly recommend this home to friends and family looking to stay in the area! Nothing! The one tub doesn’t work well (showers are fine, just not baths) but that was it. We loved our stay and wished we’d had another night.

House is beautifully decorated and well set up for rentals. It was easy to find everything we needed. Kids loved the games room. Beds were comfortable. The location was great and quiet at night.

This rental house is exactly what we needed for our family of six. We needed to be close to the springs for an early morning tour and we couldn’t find a hotel that could fit all six of us together. Instead we booked this house that gave us plenty of space, close access to the springs, a kitchen to cook in, and a great play room for the kids!

Location was great! We did a manatee tour and had other friends close by. The house was very clean and comfortable. The game room was a plus for the teens and older children. Everything was listed on how to work things and there were plenty of extra towels and bedding if needed. Would definitely stay here if returning to area and have recommended to others already that are traveling to the area. I also think the price was very reasonable. Thank you!

The only thing I would say, and this is common of housekeeping and turnover day is that the house itself was set at 79 when we arrived. But we had just arrived from being out on the water/sun all day. So I had a hot, tired, sweaty family and then it took a good six hours to get that house cooled down for everybody, plus I was cooking dinner and using the oven in the meantime. So it would’ve been nicer if the arrival air conditioning had been turned down a little bit prior to our arrival. Something reasonable like 74. That would have helped us a lot.

The space is very well thought out for visitors. Clean, orderly, everything labeled and simple for guests. The game room was an absolute hit with our kids. I could actually cook dinner in peace while they played. Beds were very comfy and kitchen/facilities had everything a big family needed. No arguing over the last towel or sharing a blanket.
