United StatesThe room was not quiet. You heard every move the person above you made. Room 110 is not a good room to get- the washer and dryer is up against your wall and despite it being 9-9 people were using it all night and it is very, very loud. It is also the closest room to the pool.
Employees were really kind. The location cant be beat and neither can the price. But remember- you get what you pay for. Breakfast was sufficient and fueled me up for my day on the slopes.

United KingdomOur room was noisy. We were on the ground floor and anyone walking above us was very loud in our room. Even if they used their bathroom you could hear noise. Lighting in our room was a little gloomy. Our room needed some TLC and updating however still good value for money

United StatesThe walls have zero insulation. It was a Monday night in the off season, there was no reason you had to cram everyone into the first floor. I could literally hear people’s conversations. During the night I could hear a guy cough in his room. You can’t spread people out a little so we can all have a little privacy?? Kids running through the halls and yelling past 11:00pm?? Seriously?
I loved the proximity to everything we came to North Conway to do for the night.

Property was clean. Staff was friendly building is showing some age, but seem to be clean hallway. Going to bathroom had a bump that you couldn’t see but we would trip on it. Every time never fell. We never fell but do think that it could’ve been a hazard.
