The door didn’t have the latch for extra security so was not good as I had my two an a half year old who knows how to open the door. Bathroom fan and light were connected as one so always had to have the fan on if turned on the light so the sound would make my son wake up just ended up using my phone as a light, the beds weren’t comfortable

The room was clean and it was quiet. I read in the services book that loud noise would not be tolerated. I'm happy to see that. We didn't do the breakfast for dietary reasons.

The overall condition of the hotel is rundown, but it has a lot of potential.

The breakfast was delicious. The staff was wonderful. The hotel needs updating. The pillows were bumpy and lumpy from years of use. We always bring our own, so it wasn't a problem just an observation.

The only thing I did not like was the smell of the room because it obviously had been smoked in at some point. But what was a bigger deal to me was the woman that was tending to breakfast. She did not have things filled like they should be. She put her hand on the coffee and realized that it needed more but didn't fill it. Then later complained out loud that someone had spilled coffee on the napkins. It's just not good customer service to share those kinds of things out loud. But I understand it can be frustrating.

Fridge in the room didn’t work, and the line to the reception was so staticky and noisy that it was impossible to communicate. Breakfast with only disposable plastic plates, cups and utensils - such an enormous waste

We had a room on the 2nd floor and they didn't have an elevator which was difficult. Also didn't like the VERY LOUD BATHROOM FAN!!

The hotel needs to do a little updating. Good economy hotel. Wish they offered lower rates at least during mid-week. Parking was plentiful but the lot was bumpy and needs a little tender loving care.

The breakfast was excellent. They had a variety of items in the breakfast buffet. The room was clean. Hot water was good in the shower and the spray was relaxing. We would stay here again depending on the price at that time.

Shower curtain looked dingy, like it needed to be washed, bed was hard and remote to tv didn't work well even after changing the batteries. Bathroom fan was way too loud.

Topper on bed was full of spots. We put it on a chair. Room needs a lot of updating...the sink height was for a small child. Bath enclosure definitely needs to be changed. Rugs need cleaning.

The stained sheets Was directed of you need new towels put them outside the door. Did not get any. They won't clean the room while you stay. Won't even empty the trash unless you put it in the hallway Went to turn in the key no one at the desk waited 5mins still no one so I left them.on the counter. Breakfast was nasty.
