Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe parking situation is trash. There isn't a parking lot for the hotel, but there is a lot under the highway next to the hotel. The lot is not fenced, not free, and you can't pay for however much time you'll be parked there, so you have to go back every day and pay for the day at the meter. I didn't use the valet based on the bad reviews I saw before my visit.
The hotel was great! Our room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast spread was pretty good. There was a mini fridge in the room, and coffee/microwave available in the lobby/cafe area. I loved how close it was to the riverwalk.

United KingdomShower always gurgled some water around 1 hour after use which sometimes woke me up. Asked for a trouser button to be mended and when laundry came back this wasn't done. Room walls and doors are not very soundproof so sometimes I could hear music and noise from people in other rooms. The sink is tiny and you could not put your face over it without bumping into the mirror (which sticks out from the wall).
The breakfast buffet is amazing. The waffle maker is great.
