The bed bugs! Staff couldn’t have cared less when I alerted them that it seemed the condo had bed bugs. We all had numerous bites. Most staff was also less then friendly, the evening gate guard was down right rude. The faucets were in dire need of being de-limed. Overall I would not recommend staying here.

The pool was a good size.

Not one thing. I cannot explain how wonderful this place is It is a must visit for anyone.

The suite we have is incredibly wonderful ❤️, very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The grounds are excellent and well kept. Please, do what the owner of my suite states, "Treat this gem as if it was your own." An incredible property that is very well kept. There's a mobile fish restaurant that is operated by a nice gentleman named, "Craig" that's awesome. Try his famous Mahi Fish Sandwich, you'll love it. Do not let me forget the bartender in the registration office. She was warm, welcoming, and very friendly. A delightful person to converse with. The pool was great and has a resto and tiki bar as well. The beach was small but enjoyable with a pier-like boardwalk that goes out into the waterway that's full of storks ans other bird life who loves entertaining guests. We are planning on coming back to visit again. 😀

I really did not enjoy this place soon as we entered the property the security guy was very rude when we checked in at the desk they were not helpful at all so hard to understand what they were talking about. Afterwords we went to the pool and we wanted to grab a towel. They said there’s a whole or 5 dollars for each towel we grab they told us this in a very rude way. Definitely not recommended, and I will never come here again.

The pool closed at 11pm. The locks are automatic and it locked my daughter inside the pool area and she had to crawl over the fence to be able to get out of the pool area at all. They did not check the pool area to see if anyone was in it or done any walk thru to check on guest. She was very scared even as a teenager as she has never had to climb a fence before and obviously did not think she had to do it at a resort in the Florida Keys. Highly recommend this be changed and someone do a walk thru before just locking the gates. We almost checked out and went to a other resort over this actually.

The view was beautiful. Staff was VERY nice and friendly. They helped us with any questions we had and was never rude at all. The rooms are immaculate!! Bet spacious and absolutely beautiful through the entire unit. Will definitely be staying again!!

Our unit was in serious need of attention. Mold on windows, holes in the wall, protruding wires, dirty towels, busted porch screen, dirty couches.

Nice location. Great pool. Spacious unit. Nice updated washer/dryer.

Beds were terrible and hurt my back. Bathroom had no lock and exhaust fan didn't work. Oceanview was terrible. Far away from Marina. No room service.

I felt the room could have been cleaner, the pillows in the sofa and the sofa were stained. Kitchen appliances were also no clean.

the window in our unit was leaking rain inside heavily enough for the blinds and floor to become soaked. the staff did nothing besides move the towel we had on the ground to the window seal instead.

the location was great, and the two bed rooms were big enough.

coffee pot was Terry. kept getting grounds in the pot. A/C unit in suite was extremely noisy.
