We were not provided the room we booked. The staff was not helpful. It took 2 days to get a response that they didn't have the room we booked available. When we tried checking out, there was no one in the office. The hot tub was cold.

The directions were poorly located. We had difficulty finding check-in at night.

No ocean view as booked and paid. Dirty walls and floor in our room. Sink plugged. Toilet wouldn't flush in the far bathroom. Light burnt out. Dirty cleaning rag left in there as well. Door on patio barely shuts to seal tight and lock is broke. Racoon and cats running all over. Moved to different room and think we were jinxed as it was horrible. All trees tops and swamp to look at too instead of beautiful ocean view we paid for.

The bed and the pillows are not confortable at all. It didn’t have room services.

Place is good, fairly clean with good location. It has washer and dryer in the unit.

The floors throughout the whole house were so filthy that they made our socks black within minutes of walking around, the full-size mattress was worn out, the fold-out bed was paper thin with metal bars making it less comfortable than the floor itself, pillows were utterly filthy with blood and saliva stains, bed sheets all had hair and smelled like unshowered bodies, strange body odor near the kitchen, found a prescription medicine pill on the floor in the bedroom for chemo therapy patients, dishes were dirty, balcony was extremely small and virtually useless.

Beautiful ocean view from the kitchen and dining area, AC worked very well and was easily adjustable, bathrooms were spacious, appliances were up to date, pool and jacuzzi were both wonderful, beach access was great, club house is nice.

everything was good except the woman working at the beach bar was very unprofessional and have a very bad attitude. i don’t know how people can work with customers with that actitud.

Cafe was not open. Some guest were rude. Door on closet had layers of dust. I have asthma.

The cafe was closed for renovation so there was nowhere to restock or eat out on site. When the cafe opens it will be perfect. Hopefully that means they’ll also have freshly brewed coffee on site too.

Well situated between Key Largo and Islamorada with everything you could ask for; a nice little beach, pier, marina, tennis courts, a huge pool and jacuzzi and best of all, sublime ocean views. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was spotless. Aircon, Wi-Fi, TV, lights, everything worked perfectly.

a little outdated, some of furnishings were showing wear, pool was way too hot and there was no cooling agent so it felt like a spa

During the weekend building 5 elevator was broken. The bar area close to the beach never open.

Location is super , apartments are cleaning and comfortable and people works there very nice

The beds not so comfortable and shower pressure not good along with water temp either too cold or too hot.
