We didn't know that we had to drive down the highway to the reception desk to get our keys. It really wasn't that much of a bother, though, and as I said the girl was nice at the reception desk. We weren't told where the beach and cafe was and we didn't visit the beach until day three and never got a chance to visit the cafe. The room had quite a coating of dust on the headboards, something seems to have been spilled on the credenza glass in the living room and cigar butts were left on the balcony. Noot a big deal but thought you should know.

The person who met us at the gate was pleasant, as was the person at the reception desk. The pool area was nice and well kept. The beach area was nice.

The apartment was not ready when we came to check in and it was not exactly spotless. It was dirty underneath the beds and there was hair in the sink upon arrival... Despite it being not to clean we had an amazing stay and really enjoyed the safety and facilities on the property.

The location was very nice - quite, safe and close to the sea. Parking was easy. Apartment was big. We had an amazing view!

2 of the dining chairs were broken. They were fixed within a day+ but it left us with no place to sit and eat, other than a couch. The beach at the hotel was a little disappointing.

Great room with a view of the ocean. Spacious and well equipped kitchen. Lots of open space for sitting without being on top of each other. Suite had been updated and was pleasant. Great pool and lots of chairs in both shade and sun. The promenade by the beach to the covered palapa was a pleasant place to sit and have a drink.

1) A kettle in the apartment would be good addition. 2) the selection of glasses and crockery was minimal when catering for a family of 6. 3) A dustpan and brush would be another good addition. 4) the mirror in the main bedroom was just about hanging on the wall. Needs re-fixing. 5) Shame that the cafe is no longer operating. It would have been nice to have a bar /cafe on site. 6) The sofa needs a deep clean.

Cafe was closed and so was the pool restaurant. The room itself desperately needs new mattresses. The we had to put couch cushions under the pull out sofa to make it work for my son. We flipped the king mattress because it was sinking. Also, the place needs a handyman to come in and just fix it up. Needs a fresh coach of paint and some small repairs.

Loved having 2 bedrooms. Property has potential. Guest services was great with all of our needs.

No housekeeping for extended stay. You have to call but they respond fast. Mosquitoes are a problem because of the mangroves. The cafe was closed so u have to go out to snack.

The facilities were great. Pickleball court, pool and the marina were excellent. The place is very clean and the location is excellent.

The beds were very uncomfortable. New mattresses are needed. I was able to get to sleep but woke up a little sore. Nothing a good stretch couldn't help, but for those with severe back issues, this mattress might take them out.

Location and view was amazing. Miami was 1.5 hours away and key west was 2 hours away. There was a lot of traffic that made it take that long to those two destinations

We had two problems which were sorted within hours by a brilliant handyman. We couldn’t work the Tv and there was a big puddle in the bottom of fridge. He sorted them both for us.

Everything needed was there, great little breakfast place called Harriettes nearby. Pool was lovely and the little private beach was very secluded with a fabulous jetty out into the sea.

I thought kayaks were on the property but I never found them. Also, last minute the bar and restaurant were closed so that would have been nice to have on-site.

Pool, pickleball courts, marina, got the room very close to what I requested which was nice considering my other family members visit once a year and we stayed based on their recommendations.

It was a little odd finding the office location and then the actual resort after a long drive. But that was only the first night and really only a minor thing. After that it was really great.

They have day check-in and night check-in locations. We arrived to a day check-in location half an hour before its closing time and nobody was there. It was bit challenging to find the night check-in location, there were no proper signs and the person at the check-in seemed confused and surprised by our presence. We booked a room for 4 people but the bed was prepared for 2 people only and we needed to find sheets and convert sofa to an additional bed ourselves, which I consider to be a room not prepared for requested number of guests.

The room was nice, plenty of space with a lot of modern furniture and presumably in a nice surroundings (we arrived late at night and stayed for one night only). There are many facilities but we did not have time to explore them.

Elevator not working so had to climb stairs up 2 flights every time . Difficult moving things in and out because of that . Also very difficult to get tissues for our room . Made 3 calls and requests before receiving just one box . That was odd . Otherwise staff responded quickly to requests . Lots of little kids in the jacuzzi when wanting to enjoy with adults and family

We were surprised by the long distance to the beach from building 1 (had to drive) and listing the unit as having an “ocean view” was a stretch. We were also woken very early each morning by construction on the building. One morning by a lift beeping right outside our balcony and another by a literal jackhammer shaking the whole unit. The apartment also lacked some basic essentials that would have been nice- no dish soap, trash bags (our trash was full when we arrived), or broom with dustpan.

The apartment was very nice, comfortable, and quiet. Pool was very nice. Nice little beach area, although no really great for swimming. Kids had fun looking for crabs on the little beach.

The blow dryer in the room didn't work and seemed a possible fire hazard. More trash bags and dishwasher tabs would have been good for a longer stay.

I am sure this is not the norm, but they had renovation work going on and the room had a lot of dust in it. On Monday it was also quite noisy because of the renovation work. The pressure of the water in sinks and showers could be better.

The size of the rooms. Beds are extremely comfortable. The apartment has everything you need.

They only let you have two cars so we could have guests and we were having a birthday get together. We already had two cars per room (2 couples= 2 cars) we had to have the guests park at a gas station and drive over to get them. There were plenty of parking spaces.
