Noisy AC, balcony door very hard to open and close. The pool closes early, no room service, onsite restaurant very expensive and also closes early. Breakfast should be better for the cost of stay. Construction adjacent to property was way noisy.

Weren't told about parking fee, no overhead lights in the suite, breakfast hot items tasted off. Not their fault, but outdoor facilities closed due to Helena.

I chose a room with a sea view, but upon arrival I was assigned a room with a partial view. This discrepancy affected my experience, as it did not meet the expectations I had when booking.

The facilities were clean, which made my experience very pleasant from the first moment. In addition, the staff was exceptionally attentive and friendly, always willing to help with a smile.

Room service just walked in our room without knocking, not once but twice. Made us feel uncomfortable of our personal stay even with the additional lock on the door they were still able to open and just walk in. What if we were getting dressed or coming out the shower. Like I said it happened twice

Rooms are a bit out dated. No attention to the details of the rooms, not very nice but okay. Hallways smelled a bit musty. The hotel needs a good update.

It’s on the beach, the hotel provided free breakfast. They also have a good restaurant on the premises. The staff is good. Especially the beach staff; Mac provided exceptional hospitality. As well as the rest of his staff at the beach. We definitely had a nice stay.

Extras are quite expensive - $70 for double cabana, $15 for cocktails, all with 18% service charge.

Every Uber/Lyft driver was unable to find the hotel, the front entrance is hidden a bit. There was a charge for beach umbrellas, cabanas and chairs.

Private beach access, pool was warm especially on cool days, restaurant was welcoming and convenient, staff was very friendly.

Toilet paper was the worst, cheapest, just bad. Ice maker didn’t work in fridge, but all our stuff like lunch meat and fruit in the fridge froze! Only valet parking was a pain, and expensive.
