Rooms were cleaned everyday and items replenished however, they did not sweep the floors at anytime.

Size of pool. More options for eating lunch and dinner. Balcony was very very small, though we were outside the whole time, but it would have been nice to have a larger balcony.

Breakfast was complete and tasty. Staff was well-trained and pleasant. Beach access was perfect. Pool was adequate and heated, but a little small.

My reservation was inadvertently cancelled (3rd party booking.com). I had secured the room with an Affirm card and apparently, I had not set it up correctly so my reservation was canceled on the day I arrived. The young woman working at the desk was ready to tell me there was nothing she could do for me. She made me feel embarrassed and humiliated. Then the gentleman on duty told her to honor my reservation. He saved the day.

Staff was wonderful and attentive. Breakfast was good. Restaurant food was excellent.

You have to buy laundry soap from them or bring your own. If I would have known that I could have brought it with me.

The rooms are wonderful, room to spread out and the View was amazing. Staff all very polite and friendly. The pool and beach were so clean and enjoyable. Breakfast was good every morning, front desk so accommodating for anything we asked for.

Valet parking was mandatory. It added $105 plus tips to our 3 night stay. Also an inconvenience to come and go. Since the hotel is not walking distance to any restaurants, we needed our car multiple times per day. Can't blame the hotel, but Booking.com should let people know before they book the room.

The room was spacious. The bathroom was large as well. Full sized refrigerator and extra since outside the bathroom. The beds were firm but comfortable. Room was fairly quiet, except the AC was loud when it kicked on.

The charge you for things that you didn’t purchase. Plus the rate I booked the rooms for through booking was not the actual rate. Booking priced it for $1,460 without parking. Parking for two cars per three nights was $ 200. I ended up paying $1,896. Therefore, I believe they over charged me.

The rooms displayed on the booking and in Marriott website did match those in reality. The layout and the view of the ocean was misleading . The walls in the rooms had shoes stains, especially on the front doors. The dryer and washers was old and not functional. The DJ they had has the music way too loud . The people had to speak louder amongst themselves to their families. At some point everyone had to shout. As people shared with other people in the pool they came to relax not to shout and compete against the DJ. The music was fine but bring it down a notch. The guy should look around and read the people.

I did not get the room I paid for. I paid for a room with OCEAN VIEW and I got a room with PARTIAL VIEW of the ocean/city. At first our room had no view of the ocean. We had to complain before they gave us this room. They also turned off our room keys at 9 a.m. when check-out time is at 11 a.m.

Ac was loud and squeaking all night but would turn off and on. Breakfast was pretty poor. Fake eggs & Turkey sausage. If you have kids all they will eat is cereal. Restaurant was very expensive. We left and went next door. Wish we would have stayed Nextdoor instead.

The staff here is absolutely incredible. Everyone is always smiling and so kind. Everything was clean and easily accessible. The beach area is breath taking. 10/10 would recommend and will be back! Perfect for our family!

The horrible noise almost all the time. The breakfast. The very expensive parking costs. That only 1 elevator worked and you had to wait ages for it.

That the 1 bedroom has 2 separated beds. That the staff was pretty nice.
