Upon reserving there is a request to complete a Lease Approval Application. Very intimidating and can only complete required sections with the thought that someone else will fill in what they want. Appears to be more for a long term stay. We did not complete for our 4 night stay. We did provide our IDs.

There were many mixed reviews that made us hesitate to book. I think it depends on the condo you book. I'm so glad we moved forward and booked what they say is the largest 3 bedroom condo. It was located on the 20th floor with a beautiful view of Biscayne Bay. The shops and restaurants on the main floor were great to have on location. Everyone from staff to residents were friendly and helpful. Safe and secure location with hand scan to get to your floor and pool. I highly suggest cruisintikismiami.com! Way better than any big, crowded boat tour. Seats six, and you can take your own drinks along. Located near Margaritaville at Bayside Market Place. The free trolley has a stop at this location. The free MetroMover is a block away.

The bathroom door handle was broken and hair dryer was missing, which they fixed quickly. The balcony doors didn’t have handles so I couldn’t enjoy that.

The location is the prime advantage of booking it with them. Brickell and south beach both are close enough. The amenities such as pool and in-house dining spots were also good. Premises are secured.

The washing machine didn’t work. The TV remote was sticky and the battery died, there were no spare batteries. A little more maintenance and attention to detail would go a long way towards making this location top notch.

The unit could use some artistic touches to make it a little more inviting -- the decor is a bit sterile. It would be helpful to provide information to guests before check-in that the unit is co-located with the Double Tree hotel.

This 2 BR unit was very large and very clean. It worked well for our family of four. Our youngest son slept on the couch which was big and comfy. The balcony is huge with a nice side view of the bay from the 30th floor. There was no coffee in the unit, but it was super easy to go downstairs the next morning where there are several cafes in the same building. The valet service was convenient and easy.

We arrived around 5 pm and the apartment wasn’t ready ( still under cleaning ) we had to wait almost 2 hours to get it !! Even though the host apologized for that but still it should have been done before we arrived

No cable, no wash cloths, no trash takeout, there was no help at all. The front desk said they do not assist with those things.

Really dusty place. The dust from outside or from the vents makes the unit dirty pretty fast. Would be nice to have some more toilette paper available, at least, or some cleaning services for longer stays such as more then 3-4 days.

The location is great, quiet unit even tough there are some reconstructions going on. The gym is awesome, and the hotel has its own shopping mini mall with a lots of jobs and places to grab something to eat.

A few issues- most cushions missin fron balcony furniture. The only lamp in living room switch is broken. Safe does not work. Only 1 wash cloth. No kitchen towels for dishes. I also think a new mattress is needed.

Spacious, clean, well located. For us it was important to be close to Wynwood Art District as we were participating in Art Basel, and it was about 30mins walking. Good amenities in the apartment, we had a comfortable stay.

Wasn't clean as it could have been and when i contacted the property they were not happy to refund the cleaning fee. Hairs found in the bathroom and the blanket had stains on it. Property was a big and great size, and had a good view and great location, besides the above all fine!

Series of issues in the apartment… Blocked sink, dust everywhere, outside patio shutters stuck/couldn’t be opened, hair in the bathroom and towels, bathtub was leaking/couldn’t be used, mouldy balcony pillows, rusty balcony doors which could hardly be opened, kitchen not equipped for enough people… Advertised pictures do not match the actual apartment, avoid if you can
