Ordered a $21 dollar salad from the restaurant and it was about 6 bites of food. Everything else was good in proportion for the money.

Amenities were great. People that worked the Tiki Hut were cool as was pretty much all the staff. Hotel was nice, as was restaurant.

We were assigned to a lovely clean room. The building and furnishings well maintained. The view was lovely. There was trash beside the lagoon which was unfortunate and distracted from a gorgeous view.

Maintenance issues - upgraded to a suite. Unfortunately the extra space was unusable due to a leak and soaked carpet. Despite reporting more than once no one came to review or fix. Whole living area and hall to bedroom soaked by departure. Night before departure toilet also blocked which meant trips to reception to use the bathroom.

We loved our stay at Oceans Edge! The grounds were immaculate and beautiful! We thoroughly enjoyed the marina and watching the boats come in after fishing - Lots of Tarpon and Nurse sharks to watch, it was very entertaining! We went to the cafe every morning for a Cafe de Leche, so delicious! We LOVED our room and the pool! Everything about our stay was perfect!

We had a great time! We enjoyed the bus ride to and from the city where everything was within walking distance. Bob and Jeff were great drivers! Very friendly and informative! The free kayaks and paddle boards were a great plus! Andrew was a great helper at the tiki hut and did a great kayak tour which was also free. Seryat was a great housekeeper and we had daily room cleaning! It was a beautiful place with lots to do and several pools so you never felt over crowded. The food was pricey and some things were getting a little dated but I would defiantly stay again!!

I did not like having to pay a fee to check in early to my room which was ready when I arrived early.

Coffee in the main restaurant was poor and served in paper cups. Not sure why when having a sit down breakfast. Probably need more than one person serving drinks around the pool in late afternoon and in the cafe early morning.

Lovely big room, helpful reception, shuttle service in to downtown key west was very helpful. Bike rental was easy and they helped me out with a cut foot.

There were not nearly enough seats at the pools for guests both days of our stay.

We loved the view from our balcony and the non motorized sports staff (Andrew & his curly haired female sidekick). The included kayak, poolside movie, live music, and bike options were awesome. The shuttle downtown was very convenient (didn’t fit everyone waiting and if you didn’t get on it was another hour wait) and the facility had onsite parking.

The area outside of the hotel grounds is mostly trailer homes & low income housing. Not ideal if you’d like to walk around. Rooms have musty odor as others mentioned, likely due humidity. Would be a good idea to install dehumidifiers to avoid mold.

We didn’t like having to check in off site and so late at 5pm. The food at the cafe on the beach was like concession stand with high prices.

The restaurant menu was limited. I have celiac and there wasn't many choices for gluten free dining.

We enjoyed the location, being close to the water. The shuttle into town was great since parking is limited on Key West.

The staff was so kind, but on two of our four days here, we had to ask for housekeeping. We just wanted coffee and clean towels.

We loved the location at the marina, also that it was quieter than being on the busy parts of Key West. It was so quick to get to all the locations and activities we wanted to see. The restaurant served fresh, delicious seafood. (Some reviews complain about the prices. The reality is that food is expensive in this whole area.) We loved having a balcony on which to relax and feel the breeze! Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We hope to return!

We went back and forth on where to stay in KW and, in particular, whether we'd regret being out on Stock Island. We loved Ocean's Edge. Driving into/out of Key West can be a pain (their rush hour is no joke), but this property is lovely, the room was perfect for our family of five, and the seclusion and quiet was really refreshing at the end of a busy day. If you're on the fence, there are pros and cons for sure, but this place is great.

The Ocean’s Cafe opens before the restaurant opening at 8:00 A.M. and even with three people in line the wait time for service averaged about 10–15 minutes. Additional staff in those early morning hours might be helpful. Also, the warming oven didn’t really seem to warm the bakery items well. Staff were friendly at the cafe, just didn’t efficiently move guests quickly. I’d also suggest having an adult only pool for those not traveling with children- even if for a few hours per day. I wasn’t able to use the pool often during my 6 day stay because they were overtaken by large groups with children.

Andrew, Colette and team from the Ocean’s Activity group were so good. The mangrove kayak tour was wonderful and worth paying a little extra to experience. The activity director for this department must be great as they’ve assembled a great team! Housekeeping was wonderful even though I limited cleaning for sustainability, they checked in daily to see if I needed anything. Sophie and front desk staff were also always pleasant. The property had a ton of varying activities daily for all group types. The bartenders were also friendly and efficient even when busy.

It was a bit far from Keywest downtown area. However there was a shuttle and Uber and Lift were readily available within 5 minutes.

We got a room that wasn’t cleaned for us-the it took about 2h to get it ready. The staff reacted well treating us with a voucher and waiving destination fee. But later some request eg to fill in the toileteries were not handled - so the management has some work to do on the communication between staff
