Your evening bartender, John, was not only a little rude, but was charging guests $20/beer to support his local friends. Avoided the bar at night to avoid being begged for drinks by his friends only to be overcharged. Oh, might want to check the light switches in 4101B too. They would sometimes only work intermittently.

Loved the pools and the staff. Started off with Kerlin(front desk), who was not only exceptionally nice and courteous, but displayed a level of professionalism I have not seen in years and she couldn’t been a day over 18. She’s a natural! So, definitely have a keeper to invest in there. Then, there was Sam(bell hop), who to say went above and beyond to make our stay as easy as possible would be a gross understatement. Another fine example of excellent customer service. These two made our stay feel as though we were staying with family. We wanted for nothing while in there care. Once settled in, we proceeded to the pool/bar area where we meet Kate and Monika. Two more employees who took excellent service to a level unseen since my days at the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs. The two ladies were absolutely phenomenal. We never waited for our food, nor a drink the entire time we were there. Again, these 4 individuals are the reason our stay was absolutely phenomenal!

The room needed attention. The tv wasn’t working, there was a light bulb out by the bed, and the pull out couch bed was extremely uncomfortable. We were only there for one night so it wasn’t a big issue. Would have been if our stay was longer.

Female staff on Friday morning was wrong about pool entrance and was not hospital. Shuttle could not fit everyone at night. People were left behind.

We loved the room set up with 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms with a living room area. We were traveling with my parents who are in their mid 80s. It allowed us to be close but not “too close”. Access to the many pools, the shuttle to historic Key West and the concierge were also very beneficial. Everyone on staff was very helpful and courteous.

Food and drinks ordered by the pool and in the room were too expensive. Better eat in the restaurant. Dinner stop at 9pm. No other restaurant available on site. So if you’re hungry you’ll have to go downtown

There is no separation between the balconies, which is not good for privacy.

The rooms were spacious and well-decorated. The pools were small but clean and good enough for refreshing. The restaurant was satisfactory, and the food and drinks were delicious, but the service was slow. Also, the reception was very helpful during check-in; thanks to Christie for a very warm welcome :).

There was a wedding and reality show shoot lasting two days. They closed a pool, camera crew everywhere, intrusive and noise until late at night. May want to ask about large events before booking.

I left a brand new dress in the closet of our room and I called the day we left after we got home and explained to the front desk all they did was sent my call to housekeeping I left a detail message and no one ever got back to me!

Housekeeping was hit and miss. Had to constantly ask for sets of bath towels. Floor was not swept during our 5 day visit in the bathroom or living areas. Smokers made it difficult to enjoy the balcony many times. Rude and very loud guests who were intoxicated with their own private alcohol was not something we relished. We wanted a peaceful and un-roudy experience. The pool rules stated, "no personal alcohol allowed." However, this rule was NOT enforced. The restaurant on premises has delicious food, but it will take a very long time to get it!

The balcony was beautiful with a great view of the ocean and marina. Beds were comfortable, as were the pillows.

The location was far removed from the night life due to traffic. There is an industrial area close by within view.

The facilities were great for families! Numerous pools and games outside. The rooms were good size - the bathroom was pretty nice. Only 2 downsides - both refrigerators in the suite were on their last legs. The shower water pressure was not great. The staff didn’t change the bedding when we had the room serviced on the third day.
