First night not the room view we wanted. Over looking the mangroves and got moved after 1st night. Part of the reason I booked this hotel was because the ad shows the boats and pools. .

a little farther out of town than I would have liked. 2 of the shuttle buses weren’t in service first night. Ice machine input unit didn’t work. reported twice. wouldn’t be an issue if I wasn’t paying $700 a night

it was complicated to communicate with the front desk people about issues created by Booking.com, and we really struggled We had a person sleeping in the sofa bed and it was never fixed, I had to ask every day for it to be fixed.

it's very beautiful, well taken care of, great range of activities , superb location . Great beautiful room, new. The water activity center was perfect, and the concierge super helpful.

The hotel is not near anything walkable. While there is a shuttle, it only goes downtown and leaves hourly. We wound up using Ubers each time we wanted to go somewhere. More shuttles and different destinations would be useful.

The property was very well maintained and the rooms were very large and bright and clean!

I didn’t have a microwave in my suite. The refrigerator was extremely tiny. I brewed coffee one morning but had no sugar packets or creamer to use. We tried biking, but the resort was surrounded with areas I felt unsafe taking my kids. There was nowhere nice to bike to.

The pool area was great. The bedrooms were comfortable. The atmosphere on the resort was wonderful. The shuttle was fantastic. We enjoyed kayaking.

Restaurant options were a bit pricey even for breakfast. Snack options limited and expensive.

Very clean and spacious property with tons of pools. The shuttle drivers were extremely accommodating and full of knowledge about the island. The area with kayak, paddle boards, and bicycles to rent would have been fun to try out as well.

Far away from downtown- not a problem for us as this was a one night accommodation before flying out early in the morning- but it is advertised as close to Duvall st., which is somewhat misleading, especially since it is on Stock Island.

Very nice room with a good view of the marina. Lots of space. Nice pool area. Very comfortable bed.

Maybe a bit far from key west Plane noise Re work on guy not helpful getting us and friends in near rooms. I was good it was fun when I called to book extra room but lots available on expedia.

Had to make reservations for the free hotel shuttle to Old Town, which was fine. One night we weren’t able to get on the shuttle for which we had made reservations, because it was full, so we had to Uber. Why take reservations when you don’t keep them?

I am a hot sleeper. Good sleep on vacation is most important. Our thermostat was programmed and would not go below 67!!! That is too warm for us. Also… it was reset twice to 70. Remotely? Unsure but I was not happy about it. Waking up in a pool of sweat at 2 am is not ideal. We are renting the room, we should be able to adjust our thermostat to the temperature that we are comfortable with. Also… rusty fixtures in bathroom and our room wasn’t cleaned one day. We had to call for towels. Just minor inconveniences. Everything else was great. Jeffrey the shuttle guy was fantastic. Heather at the tiki is top notch!

The property was family friendly and with the marina it was easy to schedule charter boats to pick up.

3 Took upgraded room but no working telephone and no working refrigerator. Called x 3 times- no action. Also bus to town only 1 x an hour. Waited long times for ride " home".
