The knob on the heater could be replaced, but we can handle that. We figured it out. Also the one cabin had no handrail. I'm getting old. :) just minor and we loved still everything about our stay. See you next weekend.

We loved the location. The cabins were clean and looked like recently remodeled, bathrooms paint, floor. My grandson and I haven't been to the coast in several (way too many) years. It was quite the treat! We'll be back this next weekend. We will be looking forward to the fabulous weather. The process to book and get checked on was very simple and convenient.

There was no heat. The heater was blowing COLD air. Couldn't shut it off. Poor response from the manager. Got a refund and went down the road. Thanks for asking.

The overwhelming scent of pine sol as soon as I entered the cabin. I suppose it’s better than the musty smell ocean front cabins get, but my pillowcase and clothes still smelled like it when I got home. Also, the welcome sheet said be sure to use the deadlock or chain on the door, which makes sense since the cabins face a public parking lot. Except there wasn’t a deadlock or a chain. So I had to get creative.

I liked that it was walking distance to the beach, and a cute little cafe next door for breakfast before getting back on the road. Good value for the price.

The price was outrageous over 500 bucks for 2 nights in a bare bones hotel room might as well gone to some cheap place where they at least offer breakfast or even a vending machine outside

Had to use main breaker to operate furnace. Recycle trash stored outside bedroom window. Filthy dirty windows. Front window broken. Smoke detector missing in bedroom. Hole in blanket. Floor had not been cleaned for a long time. Extra dog rules posted in unit that were not mentioned when booked. This is nothing more than lipstick on a pig.

Location, Location, Location! Basically right on the beach! This little cabin had everything we needed to have an amazing time agate hunting!

We liked being able to walk from our cabin to the beach. There were at least two exceptional restaurants within walking distance.

Our room wasn't ready upon arrival even though we were told via message an hour prior that it was ready for check in. Kitchen cupboards and dishes were dirty and had to be washed before using. The unit needs a good clean and supplies managed. Great location but for the money, I expected better.

There was ZERO cell signal (neither for Verizon nor AT&T), which made it impossible to reach the front desk when we arrived (we informed them we would arrive around 6pm, which we did). We had to go down to the restaurant down the street to use their landline phone, and then it took 20+ minutes for the clerk to come (after she said it would only take about 10). The room is impossibly small - impossibly! We were two tall (6'1" and 6'5") people with one big suitcase and two carry-ons and we barely fit. The room was very dated, the bathroom was small, and the window coverings did not block out the early morning sun. Definitely not worth the money, even with the location...

Great location - right on the water, great view of the Three Arches, short drive to lighthouse. Aside from the urgent need to contact the front desk upon arrival, it was nice to be able to disconnect from technology....We were able to use the Wi-Fi, when needed, which was helpful.

Bathroom was extremely small and needed repairs. My husband banged his head on the door frame and the shower curtain rod several times.

Whole place in need of remodeling. Weeds growing across walks, paint peeling, weeds growing out of gutters. Flower pots weeds. Kitchen ok, but bathrooms ……rusted everything, shower moldy, holes in blankets. Hand rails down steps, loose. Door sill loose, walking out tips. All faucets dripped. Instead of latch working front window, stick in window. Disappointed.

Ocean view, walk down to beach. Manager was helpful but not there when we were except checkin, short staffed. Pets allowed. Close to coffee shop and restaurant/cafes. Kitchen had all needed things.

The couch was soft. We basically liked everything.

Location perfect for us. My Mom (86 years old with bad knees) was able to walk to and from the beach easily and watch the beach from the table and the porch.
