Breakfast was not very good. Need more fresh fruit. Eggs were not good. Hot after had to be pumped vigorously to get anything out. We paid less at another property chain and got a lot more for our money. Overpriced for what we got. Room was comfortable though.

Door was stuck, had to kick it open every time we entered the room. Ice maker was just outside our room, very noisy. The facility is clean but dated.

It was noisy at times, mainly from the layout of the hotel. 70% of the rooms over hang the lobby and if you got some loudmouth in there chatting or on the phone, you can hear them. You can hear the lift as well. Breakfast ends at 9am / the TV resolution was like streaming a video off the internet in 2007.

The room was a good size, bed is comfortable, staff are friendly. I liked the location.

The hotel overall had a musty smell and the decor is outdate, old and unattractive.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Rooms were great size for my family. Bed sheets were dirty and had a dirty footprint on the sheets. Bathroom had hair on floor along with pink bacteria on floor. But everything else was nice. Great breakfast selection too.

We had a good stay at Comfort Inn in the King Suite. The room was spacious, and the hotel is in a quiet area, which was perfect for us. We traveled during St. Patrick’s Day, and finding a decent place near downtown can be tricky, so this location was a great option. It's not fancy, but it offers good value for the price. We didn’t spend much time at the hotel since we were visiting friends, but it was convenient for sleeping and close enough to downtown. We didn’t have breakfast as it ended at 9 AM, and we couldn't make it in time. Overall, no complaints and we had a comfortable stay.

Been staying at this location for many years. They've updated the lobby, but the furniture in the rooms need updating some. Especially the sofa and seating chairs in rooms. Other than that pretty decent place to stay.

The beds were not comfortable, and the pillows went flat. There were only 1 drink machine, and they were $2.50 each. The drinks were outdated and went out November 2024. So the drinks were flat.

The location was good for us. Close to the Dr. Office i needed to see. The room was large and clean.

Shower looked a lil unclean and had a rusty soap thingie holder and the extractor fan was fully coated in dust. Hot water took a long time to get hot.

the room was really comfortable so for a one night stay I can't complain much. Decent breakfast with hot items.

Room was clean, but old and needs an update. People cussing and slamming doors early in morning. People hanging around the parking lot using the phone late at night. Clothes laying on the property our entire stay left a homeless person. Woman from the street crying in the lobby bathroom.

Room was decent for price. Plenty of towels and linens. AC was LOUD but worked well as did the heat. Water was a good temperature and pressure. The sitting area in the room was nice for a big family to spread out.

It was dated and our bathroom had a crack running through the wall. The tub creaked and the carpet had some stains.

It was very close to the hospital and the room had a lot of space for my one year old to run around.
