It was right outside of the town of Ogunquit and had a beautiful view of the river. The beds were very comfortable and parking was free.

We had to walk down the steps a few levels to get to the building door. We were told breakfast was served in the main building for $18 each (Not a big problem because we rarely worry about free or other breakfast at hotels). Doors used physical keys (rare these days).

The rooms were spread across multiple buildings, with room entrances inside. Each room shared a deck balcony with outdoor chairs and a table. The view was of a water cove with ducks, which was interesting and scenic. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was perfect for the room.

It seemed overpriced due to the lack of amenities. It is located on a main road that doesn't have a very welcoming vibe to it when you arrive and you have to get into your car to go to a store, restaurants, etc

The Inn was clean and had pretty views of the river.

the night stands were a little small, as was the shelf in the shower.

The view of the river was gorgeous from our room and balcony. The room was large and comfortable. Close to restaurants and downtown.

The bathroom shower faucet got double lever. Most hotel you only have to worry about one control knob. I thought the faucet was broken and I couldn't shut off the water. There's also no elevator to go between floors.

The lake view from the back of the property is really nice. Easy to check out if you need to leave super early.

The first 2 rooms offered were not acceptable for any human. Especially someone with Asthma. The fumes from maintenance room next door of opoxy were unbelievable in the worst way. However, the gentleman at the desk made things right and moved us to a room with a great location and no smell and a nice clean room and bathroom which are too choice

The location was great and staff was amazing! The price was reasonable which always makes it a great choice and the views from the back were gorgeous!

I had to go up and down stairs to get to my room-no elevator. The hotel is rather isolated. A drive to the much more lively Kennebunk or Wells Beach was required for activity.

Each room had a balcony with a view of the river below. Nice staff.

Shower pressure was low. Also the toilet clogged on the last day. Bed was very soft felt like I was sinking .

I was traveling with my mother, and the walk from the room (river front) was very difficult for her.

Would have liked a second chair with a back. The mattress was too soft for me. Wish I knew ahead there was a breakfast available.

Had to carry the luggage down a flight of stairs outside. You needed to drive to downtown and then pay for expensive parking. Hotel was slightly out.

I really liked the modern rooms, didn't feel like a hotel. Felt like my house.

The property was beautiful and very accessible. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We loved the room and the balcony overlooking the lagoon. It was a very pleasant stay.
