Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. Room was very clean, roomy and comfortable and just remodeled, premises were clean, quiet, well maintained, outdoor pool was clean, Jana was helpful, pleasant and very accommodating, location was so easy to get to, close to food, shows and Silver Dollar City, vending machine snacks and drinks were not pricy, Mike, the owner, came by pool to check to see if all was good.

The room was clean! The room had lots of electrical outlets! Had a ceiling fan, and it was quite! Great pool and patio out back! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Definitely our new go to for Branson trips!!! I truly can’t say enough good about this place! We have been to Branson 5 times this year and this is by far the best place that we have stayed!

In our room there was no auto setting on the A/C so it's either always on or off. If that matters to you.
Highly recommended if you're just stopping for sleep and don't need lots of extras. We arrived later than we anticipated and my cell coverage had dropped, but the owner/manager came down anyway and got us checked in with no issues. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms. Laminate wood floors and wall paneling, plenty of table space above desks/drawers for your stuff, good mattresses, good mirror. Everything clean. Sink is outside the bathroom with the shower/bath combo and toilet, so that made it easier to get moving in the morning with the family. There's no breakfast but you can grab coffee and a small snack to get yourself started. There's also a furnished room next to the check in area that's open during the day if you want a place to sit and read or work on your laptop.

My room was switched at the last minute, there was reason I chose/asked to stay in the same room as last year.
Our stay was wonderful. The staff is amazing. My room was switched at the last minute. However it was still a very pleasant stay.

There was a chlorine smell when we arrived. It didn’t bother me but did bother my elderly mom. It just smelled like it had been cleaned thoroughly to me.
The location was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable.

Excellent value! Clean rooms. No bad surprises. Staff was super easy to work with. Great location - mixed secluded and quiet with close to Silver Dollar City and Billy Gail's. Parked right outside my room, so easy loading and unloading of vehicle. Parking lot looked brand new.

They have no type of breakfast. But there is a nice place within half of a mile.
The staff is very friendly. The rooms was clean. The pool is small but kept very clean.

I cannot find anything that I disliked really. Only thing was two of our rooms had ceiling fans but my sister's room didn't. The only other thing I could suggest is having a breakfast option. Otherwise, this place was great!
My mother wasn't feeling well when we arrived and they quickly moved my parents to a downstairs room so she did not have to go up and down stairs. No questions asked or attitude about the change even though they were almost full. The entire time the staff checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed!
