The stairway lights are really bright, so if you have a room by the staircase, the first bedroom is very bright at night regardless of how you put the shade

There was so much to do - from restaurants, shops, and live music every night/ bar, it was perfect ! The pool was great, but it could be opened up a little more for extra seating. It was walking distant to another restaurant/ bar with music as well right off the water, and the marina was walking distant for other rentals. Great location 👌 they also have a laundry facility, but it's coin-operated

Dissapointed main restaurant was closed. Also was not able to understand whether we were designated cleaning or not so we didn't pursue. However, we did run out of trash bags and toilet paper etc...by end of our stay. Would have been nice to have had things refueled.

Enjoyed restaurants on site and our unit was very comfortable. Love having the lanai.

The floors as stated above. The toaster in our unit didn’t work and the coffee pot could be bigger.

We loved that it was a short walk to Smith Tavern for music and drinks. We ate at all the restaurants including the Snook Inn and the service and food were excellent at all. The Barbara Neuman gallery was a nice touch as well. Pool area was lovely. Truly, our only complaint was the floors in the unit were very dirty and dusty. Our feet were black and we had to wear our shoes inside.

could have used ice trays, a few more dishes and extra blankets. Very basic kitchen items so we couldnt do any cooking and no ice trays so we didnt even bring drinks back from shopping. Leather couches could have used covers to use and blanket to watch TV

The unit smelled like septic when it rained. The decore is old, and we were in the deluxe apartment. The kitchen supplies were very minimal.

The balcony, two bedrooms and two baths were spacious and very clean.

We're building a house on Marco and I needed to come down last minute to meet with builder. We usually stay in a beach condo or rental house. Never stayed in Olde Marco and I was pleasantly surprised. Your facility is MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE! Felt like I was staying in Key West

Hard to think of anything! The towel allocations were a bit sparse - just 4 beach towels in the unit so a challenge to air dry them in time to use them again the next day. Only other feature that I would change is the bathrooms in the unit we were in have the fan and light on the same switch. So whenever you turn on the light the fans come on - I'd prefer separate switches so i don't have to have a loud fan on if I am just doing makeup or putting in contact lenses. But seriously I am reaching here for anything that could be improved - the place is perfect!

Just got back from a short mid-week school vacation adventure to Marco Island. Chose this place as we wanted a 2BR unit and our "must haves" included a kitchen, hot tub and pool. This place was in a great location - walking distance to several restaurants including a yummy bakery and the funnest restaurant we visited (Snook inn - has a salad bar!). The pool was lovely, heated to high 80s I'd guess and hot tub also lovely. The unit was clean and very spacious - loved the linai - was so amazing to sit out there totally bug free even when cooler. Would definitely stay there again if we go back to Marco Island (island demographic is very fit and tan septua- and octo-generians so might not be returning ). They had laundry onsite - $4 in quarters (change available in office) and each machine is $4 so bring detergent strips if you need laundry.

The Bistro Soleil restaurant next to the lobby is not open and according to the sign on the door, there is no intention to reopen. This may be due to the adjacent deck which showed heavy damage (probably from the most recent hurricane). The pool is small and that area could use some updates and maintenance. Note: The Boardroom Bar next to the hotel is convenient, and had live entertainment some nights we were there, which is nice. However, due to the location of the stage, it was a bit loud for units located directly by and above the stage. The live music did end about 10pm. Be sure to request a unit in a quiet area if this is something that would bother you. There is no beach access, which we think would be preferable while staying on Marco Island.

The property was quiet and away from the heavy traffic areas on Marco Island, yet convenient to Bald Eagle Drive and Collier Street where most restaurants and shopping are located. There is a nice walking/biking trail from the property, along Bald Eagle Drive. Check-in/check-out is easy and the staff was extremely pleasant and attentive. Older Marco Inn is directly next to some restaurants, a bar and a few specialty shops, which is a very convenient alternative. The units have an extra large screened in balcony with ample seating for guests to enjoy coffee in the morning and gorgeous evening sunsets. Even during some rain, we were able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the calm sounds. The unit was beautiful and SO clean. We had everything we needed. The furniture and bed were extremely comfortable. Parking was convenient and most areas were covered.

Beautiful condo, screened in deck in the palms (3rd floor) gulf view. Covered parking. Location is walkable to marina, restaurant. Cafes, bar, live music, art gallery, on the surrounding property. Less than 2 miles to the beach. Really special & fun location on Marco Island.
