Nothing really the price is a bit high since the hotel was not crowded.

Room was fine. I like the Omni SF it has an old SF feel to it. Rooms are clean and kept up.

Disliked · The window faced a very close, large office building that had bright lights on at all times of day even when it was empty. The curtains mostly blocked the light at night, but it was still annoying to open them and look directly into an office that would have bright lights on even at midnight. And the carpet could have been vacuumed better. There was also no mini-fridge in the room which I would have liked

The toiletries, I did the mistake of washing my hair with their shampoo, never had something dry my hair like that before. Shower gel was also super drying. Consider changing the brand please

Air conditioner wasn't very cold set at 67°.

Excellent staff and amenities. Great location in downtown. Hotel parking very pricey at $90 but luckily there is a parking garage across the street for $35/day.

The rooms were dated and small but overall decent. We also were told that we only had 2 bottles of water per day when there were 4 of us which was odd that the hotel staff would make a deal out of it but overall a good stay.

It is in a great location. Plus the entrance and reception is very well done up. We liked the shower equipment too

We like the location, staff and cleaniness of the location. It is near all of our favorite restaurants and close to the metro that can get you to most neighborhood in the City. We especially like the holiday decorations and the hot cider.

Comfortable accommodation. Really liked that you could get complementary snacks and coffee in the reception area. Great location, very central and easy to walk to many key sights.

The blanket is just a little dirty, but everything else is fine.

Everything is great, the Christmas atmosphere is very thick. The service is especially good, the staff are very friendly, especially those who serve at the entrance.

The bed was very comfortable and we were not charged for valet parking during holiday season. We did tip of course. The location is in financial district but without the aggressiveness of Union Square and was close enough to walk to it. We walked to Chinatown, ferry building in the morning and we loved it. The staff provided us with umbrellas and had water, coffee and fruit in the lobby. Very nice touch. I know I run a small inn.

The internet was very poor - 4.03 mbps download, 16 upload, breakfast was not good quality, coffee bad. We liked hot chocolate although and the staff was really helpful.

The hotel is located in very quiet and safe location. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Staff was very nice and supportive. Rooms are spacious and clean.

The only thing that I didn't like were the pillows! I didn't sleep as well as I thought I would and I think it was becasue of the feather pillows. Not a deal breaker though...

The staff and service at the Omni went above and beyond for us during our stay. They were so helpful and incredibly nice! Little things like having a snack and water in our room after we returned from an excursion and sitting down with us to help plan our day were very much appreciated.
